This is well located right on the beach on Hastings Street. However, the rooms are very tired and quite dirty. There were a number of things that did not work and were simply broken. There was a tomato under the couch. Lots of small kids in pool which meant it was very noisy. Apart from all that, it was fine.
Great spot on the beach front. Nice pool and spa.

The location was incredible. Staff were not. Bathroom and kitchen had ants. Was told room would be large enough for three small beds for young children. It was not! Couldn’t shut the door or access bathroom. Asked to move to larger apartment and they tried charge us a $120 fee, very frustrating considering we were meant to be in this appartment from the beginning and would have limited half the day in moving all clothes groceries etc. First night we arrived before 6 but reception was closed. There was no linen so we had to sleep under towels. No compensation was offered. My daughter wet the bed, despite being told there would be ‘daily cleans’ (which consisted of merely making beds and randomly taking rubbish) they tried to charge $60 to change her sheets. When paying good money per night I would definitely expect better service. I would try alternative apartments along the foreshore.
