What a delightful weekend getaway. Located only a short distance between Noosaville and Eumundi, it’s in a perfect location. We booked the Azzure Spa Suite at The Kingfisher Manor and we were not disappointed! Our host Ged, was very welcoming and hospitable. All aspects of the Manor were clean, neat and tidy including the use of high quality linen & bedding. The architecture of the home is beautiful, we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the evening whilst listening to music. A real treat! Thank you, we will be back!

Lovely place to stay with great hosts, close to both Noosa and Eumundi, and a great home cooked breakfast. The Azure suite was beautiful, spacious, and very clean.

Had a wonderful night here in the Azura room. Spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is a highlight. Lovely breakfast and great conversation with other guests. Experience was topped off by our host Jed who proudly shared his collection of hand crafted instruments.

Perfection. Having stayed in many and varied places around the world, we rate here as our best stay ever. The room was perfect, spacious, very well appointed and comfortable. The gardens and pool are awesome. The hosts are an absolute delight and the food top notch. Could not have asked for anything better. Do not miss out on this place!

Surprising hideaway only minutes from the tourist areas of Noosa and Eumundi. Ged and Sharon are welcoming hosts and the rooms are excellent. Ged is such an interesting guy too. Perfect alternative to a run of the mill apartment. Fascinating house. Really enjoyed our stay there for our anniversary.

Geb was so nice. The location is perfect. Close to all the sights. Beds, breakfast, pool, yard, all excellent. We would return in a second. We travel a lot and are from Canada. This was a perfect place to start our holiday.

The house was nice but you should not expect room services every day! Even for 3 days! Even when we told them we are two couples and both of us would like to stay a night in Azur room (because it is the only nice room in this house and just one available and the other rooms where so rough! ) … they told us we won’t change your sheets. It happened when we arrived! They lived in a same house and watching you all the time! We were so uncomfortable… Last but not least, the last day our breakfast took longer as we found some lint and hairs on the fried eggs and it took some time to convince owner to accept there is some thing in it and make another one! When we packed up and put in the car, we wanted to take some photos with the house (10:15) downstairs … it would not take more than couple of minutes but he came to us saying should I through you out?! Do you want to buy a house?! These sort of things! Unfortunately, the way that owner was talking to us was so impolite. You would notice from the way that he replies to customers who were not satisfied with their stay! I reckon with this price, it is better to stay in a nice hotel with friendly staff. I even prefer to stay at cheaper airbnb with friendly host and same beautifully rather than this place.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an owner in my holiday!

The house was very beautiful and nice. However, there were a few main problems:1. If you want to use the spa, you had to let the owner know 8 hours in advance!. 2. At the breakfast time they were making a lot of noise by cutting the grasses. When we complained they told us that it will cost us to stop it!. 3. The owner was not friendly at all!

5-Star Service, great breakfast, accomodation and hospitality! What else do you want?

Couldn't fault the place! The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch!

Azure suite was magnificient. Friendly owners and quite accomodating. Rules n restrictions due to running on tank water but otherwise a very pleasant place. Good pool and spa (heated) and very accomodating to special request.

Loved it here! Ged was a wonderful host, we felt like family. The accommodation was also amazing. What a great weekend!

Nice setting but a little expensive.

Fantastic rooms, clean, comfortable, great bed and beautiful location. So peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from city life.
