Best value hotel I've stayed at in ages. It was a short overnight stay to go to a football game.
Check in — Quick and friendly.
Room — Clean and huge with all the amenities you need even for a much longer stay.
Location-‐ — Couldn't asked for a more convenient spot for transport and stadium.
Value for money — Great. I was pleasantly surprised at the the cost.
Will definitely stay again and recommend.

It’s been a really tiring few days traveling for work, but the moment you step into the hotel, you immediately feel welcomed and refreshed. Momoka was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth, enjoyable, and relaxing. The room was great, and the facilities were very well maintained.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. We truly felt looked after and would happily return for another stay.

Great little place to stay, very quiet when we were there, pool was nice, staff were very helpful, secure under cover basement carparking at an extra cost but worth it if you have a nice car/bike.
Small constructive criticism pool towels weren't very absorbent and there wasn't any milk in the bar fridge for tea/coffee.
Although we had been given a voucher for 2 drinks from the cafe at reception.
We will definitely be returning thanks guys.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Quest Apartments in Robina, Qld. We were met by Andrew who was very professional yet friendly & very informative (giving a great dining recommendation). His customer service was second to none & he really took pride in his job. The apartment was lovely, spacious & spotlessly clean. The coffee lady was also very personable & made us great coffees. This was an excellent value for money getaway & we will definitely stay at The Quest, Robina again. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from the concierge at the front desk. My in-room facilities including kitchenette, bathroom, TV & entertainment options, strong Wi-Fi and overall cleanliness of the apartment was first rate. I didn't have time to make use of the gym, swimming pool, or business centre on this trip, but I am expecting to stay at Quest Robina again very soon for another business trip and I am looking forward to another very comfortable stay.

Room was very tidy and well maintained. The location was very good in terms of the robina area. The staff however were the best part. I've never stayed anywhere with better service. Thank you very much quest robina team for a lovely stay.

Amazing location and it was ideal for our stay. Spacious rooms with in-built kitchen and laundry facilities. Exceptional service. The staff made our experience more memorable with a beautiful welcome gift. Robina train station is just opposite and bond university is behind which offers a great view. Great value for money.

We were very happy with our Stay at the Quest Robina, The Staff are amazing. The Apartments are very clean and have everything you need. Having a washing machine and dryer was great.
The pool and games room are an added bonus. We will be definitely coming back to stay.

Quest made the Gold Coast trip a memorable one, great hospitality, spacious rooms, great views, close to public transports and many more, absolute pleasure spending my New Years at the Hotel. I miss Quest Robina already.

Convenient location and comfortable stay.
Quest Robina has an excellent location, right next to the train station, making it very convenient for travel. It’s also close to the university, which is great for students, visitors, or anyone with business nearby.
The room is clean and well maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of useful amenities. The bedroom is clearly separated from the living area, providing good privacy and comfort.
The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. Overall, a clean, practical, and comfortable hotel with a great location. Highly recommended.

I booked a pet-friendly room for one night at Quest Robina well in advance. On the morning of my stay, I received a call from the property requesting a copy of my dog’s vaccination certificate. This requirement was never disclosed on the Quest Robina website, in the booking confirmation, or within the property’s published pet policy.
Had this requirement been clearly stated at the time of booking, I would have ensured I had the document with me. Unfortunately, as it was a Sunday and I was in the middle of an interstate relocation, I was unable to access the paperwork at short notice.
After checking with a supervisor, staff advised the document was mandatory, leaving me with no option but to cancel the booking. I then had to contact Booking. Com myself to arrange a free cancellation and was advised the refund would take 7–8 days to be returned.
This situation caused unnecessary stress and expense, as I had to secure alternative accommodation at the last minute, costing me approximately $300, plus an additional pet bond at the new property.
There is no issue with having a pet vaccination policy — however, it is critical that such requirements are clearly and transparently disclosed before booking. This experience was avoidable and disappointing, and I hope Quest Robina updates its listings to prevent other guests from being placed in the same situation.

I stayed here with a friend for a music festival and it was a great experience. The staff are really nice and welcoming. We left our suitcase prior to check-in and when we did come back to check-in, they had already taken our suitcases to our room. There’s a train station right next door beside the car park. Even though there’s a train station, you can’t hear it at all. My only gripe is that the utensils were a bit dirty in the prongs of the fork in particular. Otherwise, great stay.

The Quest provided exceptional service and the staff were lovely especially Jordan. The place was tastefully done and the cleanliness and the sustainability and environmental awareness really impressed me. The apartment was modern clean and a joy to stay in. I will be staying there again in the near future.

Our first time coming here. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly. Only real downside was that they were hosting some sporting teams, some were sitting outside there rooms and were quite noisy at some points in the day. People above us sounded like they were running marathons in the apartment every night until midnight most nights. Paid underground parking. Walking distance to the train station.

Quest Robina has been such an amazing experience! I cannot fault them at all, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and so safe! I’ve been having a low time in my life and came to quest as a night of respite and when I told them this they left some sweet gifts and a beautiful card. Check in was also lovely, such kind staff members that made sure to make me feel safe, and cared for. I will 100% be back! Thank you Quest Robina! X.
