We stayed in September 2018 for my 50th birthday.
Lynne and Mark were very welcoming and great to have a natter with (especially about rugby league lol).
The apartment was spotless, everything you could want, just like home from home!
I hope to go back one day xx.

For starters we arrived to Gold Coast at 6:30am and prior to this the hotel staff had emailed me stating they would try and get us a room ASAP due to our early arrival even though they don’t open until 8:30am. They kept our bags in the office from 8:30 and we got our room organised an hour earlier then normal check in. They gave us a beautiful room with a beach view. Everything about the inside of the hotel was amazing and even has a pool and spa available early till late. The staff were always helpful and upon passing would ask us about our day, how’s our stay etc. The only thing was we wished we were supplied additional towels for our 8 night stay + more toilet paper. But without a doubt if asked we would have been accommodated. However we decided to not be a nuisance and wash our clothing with the supplied product from the hotel. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be happy to return.

Miss it so much❤❤, excellent place to stay with friendly service and full facilities, great seaview with sunrise and very convenient for families with small kids and elderly, especially thanks Lynn and Mark. Highly recommend! 5 star for it.

We had a wonderful stay here. Watching the sea every day. Enjoying sounds of the sea every moment was an amazing experience. Spacious and clean apartment. We enjoyed every bit of experience here. Thank you Lynne and Mark!

Honestly LOVE our time at Surfers beachside. Lynne and mark are delightful and the rooms are just awesome. The views are Devine. Close to the heart of Surfers without being in the middle of it. Great dining close by. Thanks again guys, always our go to for accommodation.

Amazing management and first grade fertilise we love it here every year. It's position very well. Must do a stint what do you have to loose? no regrets.

We arrived late after a 9 hour drive from Sydney. Relieved that eventhough it was after hours the process was so friendly & easy. There was an after hours phone line which looked after our booking. We were on the 14th floor in a room with a gorgeous view. Very airy, clean & has everything you need even an eat in menu option. We would definitely return. Thank you.

The manager was so helpful. I look forward to my stay next month.

Have been staying here for many years, Mark and Lynne Managers are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Very convenient to Northcliffe Surf Club for meals. Close to beach and nice walk to Cavill shops.

There is nothing better we could ask for. Lin and her partner were the best people who helped my dad so much which made such a big difference to us as my dad was visiting Australia for the first time and we had to join him later. Big thank you to these kind and caring people. Coming to the stay now, the accommodation had all the facilities you could ask for. Very spacious and sparkly clean. The best is the location as you could see and hear water sounds from the beach into your lounge. You wake up to absolutely stunning view in whichever room you are. It is at a very peaceful location but at the same time you have all the shops just 5 minutes drive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you once again for looking after us so well and making our holiday more enjoyable and happy. We will visit you again ❤

Very close to beach yet away from the rush of Surfers. Northcliffe light rail (g link) is in walking distance making it v convenient to go to Broadbeach to Helensvale. The apartment has all the basic amenities and is comfortable. Balcony view is fantastic to just sit and unwind while listening to the ocean waves.

Been coming here since I can remember. It's close to everything and an incredibly relaxing place to stay. Hope to keep coming for many more years.

The Surfers Beachside Holiday Apartments is the ideal place to stay at on the Gold Coast. This place is ideal for couples or family it has a outdoor pool, spa, tennis court surrounded by beautiful lawn area and gardens. It also has a Bbq area for guest to use. There is also a indoor sauna rooms with showers and toilets for males and females to use during the day. The Apartments are all well equipped and well maintained. The location of this place is only 100 meters to the beach and a short walk to Northcliff tram station. I also would like to complement the Management Lynn and Mark for looking after me and my wife while we were there for one week thank you for everything guys. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to travel to the gold coast thank you.

The rooms are pretty old. Paint chipping of in the bathroom. Carpet and couch stained. Overall the room has a stench that won't go away despite keeping the window open.

Good place to stay, with under cover parking. It is great when it is rain or too sunny.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly. We felt right at home from the moment we walked into the apartment foyer! Not only would I definitely recommend this to everyone, but I would stay here again!

Stay October girls weekend lovely accomation and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were lovely and clean planning oyr next week already.

Enjoyed our 5 days stay here. It feels so private, and secure as well. It is situated just 10 mins drive to the beach and the shops or if you are keen on walking, it will perfectly suit your style. I would definitely come back on my next vacay.

Good pool but the door knobs were falling apart, the toilet didn't flush good and the beds were like morticians slabs.

7min walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise, clean and well kept rooms suitable for a family. Staff were so friendly and quick to reply to any requests. Love being able to park onsite, walk to the beach, relax on the verandah and watch the sunset. Highly recommend — we'll be back!

I had such a great stay here! Great staff, the location was wonderful and all services were top notch.

Little disappointed to find out the definition of free Wi-Fi being an hour free per 24hrs, otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

I found these apartments were great, close to the main shopping area and a wonderful view of the beach, I was even lucky enough to see some whales frolicking about in the sea, overall I found the apartment to be clean and had everything we needed to make our holiday an enjoyable experience.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean and well set out including great views of the beach and city. The hotel is located very close to shops, restaurants and the beach and all public transport amenities are within close reach. The service is friendly and welcoming.

Enjoyed our stay, great ocean views from our apartment, owners very friendly and helpful. Always greeted when seen. Apartment itself a little disappointed. Plantation shutters in the way, couldn't get a really good view of ocean unless you were on Balcony or kitchen window. Couch cushions were very dirty, was very tempted to put covers in the washing machine to clean. Range hood dirty caked with grease, apartment could have been cleaned a lot better but otherwise an enjoyable stay. Great closeness to main shopping centre, Cavil Avenue and beach.

Very happy with rooms. Couldn't park in underground car park as there wasn't enough clearance. Would recommend it to family's.

Not happy with my experience at all. Hair in the bathroom drawers, Main bedroom floor peices of lollies on floor, car parks very small for large vehicles not suitable, air conditioning fan units rusted out Ironing board rusted underneath it collapsed on one side when setting up. Stained sofas needed a clean. When booking requested ocean view front unit not to high up. Booking was confirmed and paid. When arrived had unit at back with hinterland views, could see the ocean by sitting right up to the glass balcony window and looking down side of building or sitting out on balcony, looking to the right (hardly front on ocean views) This was not what I had very cleary requested and discussed nor was it same as confirmed booking, I had pictures up on the internet while booking room. I had been moved. When I queried was told yes it does have ocean views. My booking was changed after confirmation and payment to a different floor and room (I had a confirmation E-mail) with no reason or apology except to say you got ocean views. Not happy at all with the service.

Great location. Staff very helpful. Everything clean in apartment. Love having the Surf Club across the road for am easy dinner. Pool area always clean and tidy!

A great place to stay at a reasonable price. Have stayed there 4 times now with my partner, and have no complaints. Rooms are clean, cars are secure. Free air-conditioning. Internet available. Any problems with anything, and there is prompt service to have it fixed. The barbeque and pool area is always kept nice and clean. Great friendly and helpful management, (Lynne and Mark). Close to everything. Beach is across the road. Excellent inexpensive surfclub (Northcliffe), about 1 minutes walk away. Cavill avenue only a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive away. Jupiters Casino, and Pacific Fair about a 6 minute drive away. Australia Fair about a 10 minute drive away. Theme parks and Harbour Town are about a 25 minute drive away. Coolangatta / Twin Towns about a 20 minute drive away. If you don't have a car, there's a new public transport system (tram) about a 1 minute walk away. Great weather, and plenty of places to venture out to. Overall, a really nice, handy place in a very central location. Why pay more, to stay in less?

Good friendly service and good location. Appliances and unit we stayed in were a bit old needing updating.

Standard shower/toilet hygiene in Movieworld is far more superior than the one we have in this 4 star apartment! My son begged me to go back home. Nuff say.

Our family has stayed 5 times over the past 10 years and always in different Apartments within The Surfers Beach Side complex. The service from Mark and Lynne is always first class and it is nice to arrive to a clean and free Apartment each time. If you want value for money, and excellent service I would recommend The Surfers Beach Side Apartments. Close to every Bus route, Shops and the beach.

Be prepared to bring everything you need. We stayed in 6th floor views were just right. Rooms are required to have maintenance. We could not use the dishwasher as no dishwasher powder were available. Room was smelly in paint. We discovered two paint tins were left in the main hall cupboard. Door stopper were faulty and has been replaced in the third day. Reception stuff is friendly however I would expect a bit more service in terms of free of charge. Like extra towels, shampoo etc. amenities are nice, swimmiing pool spa is good, close to shops etc. Across the road the Northcliffe surfing club is a good place for bistro meals and cheap beer. If you go to beach in front of the surf club read the instructions on the daily surf announcment board or ask the life guards. There is an dangerous RIP right infront of the beach access.

Nice enough rooms, though a bit grubby in place. Surprised by the limited service and provisions. Old TVs, no DVD player unless you pay $5 a day. A tiny bit of dishwasher fluid. No laundry powder. 1 towel each and pay for extra. 1 day of soap and toilet paper. After that, you must pay or you don't get to wipe your bum anymore. Oh, no bathroom and toilet fan, so expect mist and bring strong air Freshener. No staff exist after 5.30pm, and less on weekend. No room or cleaning service unless you pay through the nose. All round, the place is nice if you go high up, and has a nice pool and side spa. But you MUST be prepared to ENTIRELY look after yourselves and bring Everything.
