The managers and staff are very friendly and accomodating.
Hand sanitiser provided at the lifts.
If you pay a little extra for late check out you don't have to check out until 4pm and enjoy the day.

Just had two wonderful nights here. Our apartment was clean, spacious, air conditioned and had a view to die for! The staff were so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back to this family friendly place. Thanks so much for making our stay wonderful!

Super spot. Right opposite the beach, clean, tidy, well presented and some great hosts that will ensure your stay is a seamless one. Sheryl and Bryan are total pros. They run a tight ship and should be congratulated. Will definitely return. The surf club is 200 metre walk, a park for the kids is opposite as is a bbq facility and of course Burleigh shops is a brisk 10 minute walk away.

Bryan and Sheryl are the loveliest people and so welcoming. They acted on every request we made and addressed any questions/issues immediately. Nice and clean apartments and great views! We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior room.

The service wasnt great. The food was cooled. Saving grace was that I like to drink.

We visited to spend the day with Family who own a unit there … Great building, heated swimming pool and location is excellent, right on the beach with a kids play area riht in front.

My wife found this apartment complex online back in California while looking for somewhere to stay for our vacation in Australia recently. It turned out to have terrific views out front to the ocean and back to the Gold Coast hinterland. Our 2 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor was immaculately presented, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. The rest of the furnishings were a bit dated and worse for wear and the balcony was way too small to be enjoyable. The complex had very good key tab security all the way from the underground car park right up to our front door. We could walk across the road and there was the beautiful beach. The biggest problem for us was the God awful noise every night except Sunday night coming up to our apartment from the very busy Gold Coast highway a couple of hundred yards away. The windows are obviously not double glazed as one would expect in America at a location so close to a major artery. On a positive note there are plenty of things to do and see nearby such as breakfast cafes and bicycle rentals. The onsite managers Paul and his wife Sandra were very helpful considering they had only been in the job 2 weeks.

Excellent location, building is getting a bit old now and looking a little worn. View from beach facing apartments is very good. Everything was generally clean and tidy.

Simply amazing view about 20 minutes walk into Burleigh itself. Appartments are a good size with air con and a decent kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately I thought that being on the 7th floor I could have the blinds up through the night but was awoken one morning when a person was cleaning the windows. This was definitely a shock and I was annoyed that the only notification given was an A4 sign in the elevators put up on the morning.

Great location right across the road from the beach, easy walking to cafés and shops at Burleigh Beach, friendly and helpful hosts.

Position position position. Comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything you need for a holiday and more. Across the road the beach and walking tracks are so inviting. My short stay of three nights was relaxing and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to choose Solnamara for my accommodation when next I visit.
