Stayed at this resort between 6-9 July 2018. It was no five star resort however the Manager Zom was very helpful and pleasant. The resort was very well located and only about 400 metres from Cavill. The room had fantastic ocean views and the bed was very comfortable. So, if you don't want to spend a million dollars on a resort, then this is your place. Would highly recommend with those on a budget who are after location, friendly staff and quiet rooms with restaurants, shops and bars nearby.

Great location with excellent views. It is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for.

Budget accommodation, visit family when they visit, very handy location close to shops, tram etc.

Absolutely appalling service it doesn't even deserve a star. Booked 7 months in advance and on the day I got there they said I hadn't booked but had still taken my $150 deposit, leaving me scurrying trying to find somewhere else to stay. Very disappointed as no help was given whatsoever and they basically took my money and said there was nothing they could do. Will never be booking here again.

Oldie but good value for money. Not as Glad had the new motels but everything you need as, a reasonable price.

Close to town and tram outside pool nice, but inside pool needs a refresh. Units can be quite dated. Currently a building being demolished next door. Very loud.

I don't know why it says check in at 2pm when the office is only open until 12:30 on weekends. Got in and the place smelled really bad and our bed was just two single beds pushed together. For two people staying there they only gave us one pillow Our fan would not turn off in our room and our fridge would not close also the shower tap broke and when I went to ask no one was there I went back up and waited and again no one was there so I had to leave a note. Speaking about the shower there was a chew on top of the shower and socks in the drier the house keep in the place is terrible. They gave us no shampoo and only the small amount of washing powder Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The Worst Hotel I have never stayed in! I tried to contact the hotel by phone and email for 2 days before arriving and no call or email was returned until the morning we arrived and then it was like taking to a brick wall.
The service was rubbish and they need to learn that when something is "complementary" then the complement service should be provided. … After receiving my deposit refund — an was told "good luck in finding somewhere else to stay" we ended up staying at Mantra on View (one street away) for not too much more $$ and amazing service. Its Surfers Paradise Quarterdeck people… there is a hotel on every corner! After reading these reviews — I'm so glad we didn't end up staying… I should have read this first — lesson learnt! Stay Away!

Very dirty and not clean. Whole place is very rundown needs major work done. Also had rubbish in our room and food on our quilt cover.

Arrive around 9pm at Night on the 7th of Feb went up to our room to find Hair on pillows, hair on my bedside table, the room stank so much I couldn't breathe without all the windows opened. The fans had so much dust on them that it flew around and made me sneeze. The "double bed" is actually to singles together that move all through the night. Next morning spoke to the lady and she let us change. So the next room we had to buy our own toilet cleaner, cleaning wipes and shower cleaner. My girlfriend cleaned the whole kitchen and bathroom as there were hairs all over the place, the fan had to be wiped down, the beds were uncomfortable, food on the walls and table. Our light stopped working and the person on the phone said there was no one to fix it till the next day so had to shower in the dark. The pool is dirty, looks blue but there is algae on the stairs and walls. The only thing going for it is located. After saying 7 nights and leaving early in the morning, I look through my bank statement and see an extra $67 missing with no explanation. Honestly it's worth paying extra to stay else where as staff aren't great and rooms are horrid.

10/10, would definitely come back again, with the lack of toilet paper, they made up for providing loose paper under the sink to use in desperate need.
Fold out bed only broke twice and stuck in the elevator once. (Good odds)

Absolutely disgusting the apartment was very outdated looked like a creepy motel out of a horror movie, was dirty like I mean disgusting and the whole place smelt like beer and bo very unhappy should have spent my money elsewhere and wish I didnt even have ro give a star… NEVER AGAIN.

Disgusting place to stay we left after one night. The stove cook top didn't work, not only was the shower dirty but mouldy really bad, broken tiles in the bathroom, toilet dirty, the towel rack was suctioned caped to the wall, broken lounges sat on nearly fell through, dirty cutlery and hairs in the draw and no knives, games room was one table tennis table with no balls next to a massive rubbish bin, we didn't even sleep with blankets because one had blood stains and the other had what looked like cum stains on it, a really bad rusty air con that anyone would be scared to turn on, cracked mirrors
It was that bad we were cold couldn't sleep with blankets and had to wear our thongs in the shower for a quick wash think we were sleeping at a rubbish dump.

Stayed in unit 34, had a late check in no toilet paper on Arrival, tiles along side window in main bedroom were all busted and loose. Dishes and cutlery were dirty. Bathroom shower had massive hole in roof which was dripping asbestos. And to top it of our bed was riddled with bed bugs my partner and myself were covered in bites. We payed $580 for 5 nights. The manager wouldn't move us to another room, and offered us a lousy $50 refund. The manager Wouldn't let me speak with the owner. I'm disgusted with the lack of duty of care and rudeness towards customers. And to top it off the manager stated he was aware of the conditions of the unit. I asked him how he could Let people stay in such a state he couldn't even give me an awnser. When we booked on line the photos looked much more presentable and cleaner then what it actually is. You would be silly to waste your money.

We found used needles in our room, we left early
It was so dirty! The sliding door didn't lock, no tea towels, no toaster in an apartment dishes were dirty
He told me he cleaned the bathroom which was disgusting!
I also asked him what if kids were in this room and they found the needles. He didn't really care.

We stayed there for 7 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The staff were lovely and the pool and sauna were awesome. The location was so good! They also have a cool carnival across from the hotel. We would defiantly stay again.

Location was excellent. Easy to find and walking distance to Cavill Mall and tram stop in front of the building.

Horrible place to stay, extremely old and dirty. No locks on the windows, Could've easily been opened by my 4 year old at anytime with nothing stopping him from falling out. I had no working TV for the 8 days I stayed and no free Wifi as promised. Lights and fans turned on and off constantly and the indoor pool was always locked when we went to use it. Pictures are very deceiving.

So terrible! In public day, they only work until 12:30pm. I can't contact them when I need them. Nobody helped us, too bad, I was unhappy and very angry!

Room is old and dated, but nothing particularly wrong with it.

We get to the apartment and its an absolute shit hole, both sofa beds are already broken and the cooker wont work and there is no phone/ radio etc. There is a used condom sat on the balcony also. When we leave we go to reclaim our bond and they charge all 7 of us $75 each for a $20 sofa bed that was already broke and then charge us $10 each for a missing phone that was never there in the first place. Absolutely scandalous, instead of stealing 18 year olds money, try and improve your shit hotel with your own money.

Clean and tidy despite the horrible carpet. Management were very helpful and friendly. Families came to visit and were made welcome. We would stay again :) :).

Great Location and Price. Staff were wonderful and helpful.
