After really looking forward to my stay it was awful. Windows that wouldn’t shut properly in the wind, dirty bedsheets and all round disappointing room. For being there almost 5 days and no cleaning service … and staff such as Gypsy the girl on reception who looked to hate her job and be rude. The $200 security deposit also that was taken out and could take 8-10 business days to return into my account is less than desirable. It was like staying in a cheap motel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is great, and it has a superb location.

Not happy at all with there customer service & the way they treat there customers, an Establishment like this I expect your staff to be trained better.

Great location/views, well overpriced for the quality of rooms — safe didn’t work, aircon/heating didn’t work properly, water would randomly turn off. Also found things left around from previous people who had stayed in this room. No Wi-Fi.

We stayed at the mantra broadbeach on park for a wedding. It was great, so close to Pacific fair and restaurants. Had a great room. Richardo at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.

Similar to other GC styled accomodation. Rooms were clean and no issues with any of the amenities. Great views!

Lovely and convenient for short term stays, especially if wanting to be close to Broadbeach and cafes and restaurants and bars. Large bed, couch and TV, work desk, full sized fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee pod machine, some crockery and cutlery. Decent sized cupboard. Reasonable sized shower and loo area. Balcony is covered with table and two chairs. Daily parking is offered at a cheap rate if you get your ticket validated while staying there. Friendly and helpful staff. Large outdoor pool plus covered pool, and lovely gardens at back.

I had a business meeting/conference here… The coffee /tea was well resourced and staff helpful in setting up the AV equipment. Morning tea and lunch was provided and judging by the crumbs left over the delegates obviously approved.

Clean, roomy apartment. The two beds in the twin share were so small, they were uncomfortable and very difficult to sleep in. No active exhaust in the bathroom, which was odd and quite uncomfortable after a hot shower. Otherwise, risky liveable and comfortable. Great location.

Brilliant place, somewhat aged with he tiles but everything else is current and a lovely quick assistance with any needs.

We stayed in an amazing Sky Room 3 bedroom apartment for our annual Girls' Trip. We awoke to 300 degree sweeping views with beach, shops and restaurants at our doorstep. Perfect location and gorgeous, fresh amenities.

Reception staff good, and enjoyed the stay and convenient location.
Disappointed though to be charged a maintenance fee for a broken toilet seat when the break was evidently caused by poor maintenance and positioning in the first place.
Doesn’t matter who was in that room, they would’ve been footing the bill for a broken toilet seat.

Great location directly opposite Star Gold Coast Casino, close to the restaurant precinct and 5 min walk to Kurrawa Beach. Apartment is not new but spacious and very well equipped with all the standard kitchen utensils and white goods such as microwave, washing machine & dryer. Free locked garage carpark. Decent gym, spa, sauna & pool.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Lovely, well appointed and clean! Great layout for families. Views fantastic, beds comfortable and laundry facilities in the room made our stay easy. Staff very friendly. An easy stroll to beach, supermakets and restaurants and yet a quiet location. We'll definitely stay again.

Great location, walking distance to anythibg you need to access at broadbeach, the beach, the casino and pacific fair, nice rooms, pool and gym.

Would of given full stars if not for stuff up with our booking. Not for the booking itself as they were helpful. The first few nights was a great position facing the beach and city. But the last 4 nights we were put between 2 walls as a view with no water view and facing a high rise getting built. A bit disappointed as it was a 8 night booking.

Excellent views of broadbeach centre, casino and hinterland. Rooms airy and spacious.

Great location, in the heart of the gold coast resort, other than this pretty ordinary facilities.

Amazing location close to everything and our 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and light. Staff have been friendly and helpful and all the amenities clean and up to date. Rooms are not serviced every day but there is a dishwasher and laundry in the room.

Clean and well kept, very spacious. Easy check in and out. Well supplied kitchenette and all other facilities as you would expect. View was amazing! Excellent place to stay for the price.

Nice apartments. Very comfortable, underground parking and great reception staff. It's a bit of a let down that you have to pay for Wi-Fi in your room. And only 2 hours a day in the lobby for free, especially in this day and age. A lot of construction around so it's a little noisy at the moment (03/2017) Only a five minute walk to the beach at most. Tram stop right outside for trips up to the Gold coast attractions.

Stayed here after not being able to get a room at the Casino for a conference and this was closest walking distance. Don't bother staying at this place if you want the staff to do what they say! Firstly, I check in and get told the pre-authorisation is $200. When I question why every other Mantra I stay in charges $100 (worse still Hilton & Hyatt charge $1), I get told all Mantra's are different. What happened to consistency across a brand? Clearly Mantra haven't got this advanced as of yet. Secondly, when I check-out and ask for a fax to be sent through I was assured it would be done and the staff member wrote down my bank. This was 4 days ago now, I ring the bank today and nothing. What these staff or Mantra obviously don't realise is that business travels like myself can stay in 4 different locations and hire 4 different cars a week if everyone worked on Mantra's theory I would have $1600 tied up on my card a week! Do what you say you will and get to know your customer!

Great location — close to the beach, shopping and public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great views. Staff were helpful with all our needs — friendly and professional.

I loved my room, amazing and top hotel.

Although the staff are very nice, the facilities are pretty old. The bed head is broken, lamp is flashing, telephone doesn't work, air conditioner outlets are all very dusty, the vacuum machine bag is pretty full and yuk, the carpet seems haven't been washed for ages and cause skin allergy. Even worse is the hotel only provide guests 2 set of personal hygiene products for free, no matter how many people and how many days you stay there, and you have to pay for any more of those. This is absolutely ridiculous! NEVER EVER seen any other hotel or resort has such a stupid policy. Comparing with the price, we were absolutely disappointed! It doesn't worth the money.

A huge thank you to Mathew on the front desk for helping to make our stay very comfortable, his understanding was appreciated very much. Also the girls on the front desk were very helpful organizing tickets to shows and bus transfers, plus anything we needed to know, was always given with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. So thank you again and we will certainly recommend your hotel and hope to stay with you again soon.

Colin the manager needs some people skills, and to show some respect, overheard him talking to an older staff member. Absolute bully, changes our mind about staying at any Mantra resort, and will tell our friends.

Great modern clean room. Great pool and spa. Perfect balcony with veiws of jupiters casino. Had a problem with air con but was quickly fixed. Great location, was close to everything.

GREAT place to stay! The only thing wrong would have been 'Sierra' getting built next door at the time. Close to pacific fair.
