Under new management, 5 stars, lovely couple, every thing you need for a perfect holiday, close to everything, highly recommended.

Room was nice and clean, staff were friendly as can be. Environment was friendly, and facilities were great.

Awsome accommodation. These apparrm are really nicely appointed. Fantastic set up. It has a really nice clean feel about this place. Upon arrival check in was a breeze, nice and welcoming. Even Gordon Ramsey would be happy.

Nice and spacious holiday apartments. Fully equipped, also with dishwasher. 150 m to very nice beach with life guards. Supermarket (Coles) two blocks away. Busses to Surfers Paradise every 15-20 minutes. AC is in living room, a little hard to bring down the bedroom temperature at night. Burleigh Heads 10 min walk away, nice shopping, restaurants and easily accessible national park.

Plenty of specials on the menu and a great selection on the regular menu. Food was good quality and I felt that it was good value. My seafood was very fresh and the service was great.

Our family would like to say how much we enjoyed the Christmas Day lunch at the hotel. The menu choice was varied and the food plentiful and delicious. The staff were cheerful and attentive which made for a great dining experience on the big day!

Poor service and very average meals… Last night myself and family (5 adults and 3 children) booked a table at the Burleigh Heads Hotel. We arrived at 1800 and soon took orders for the kids and ourselves as we had a big day and wanted to get the kids fed and relax. All 8 meals were ordered at around 1815. We had a table in front of us with the same amount of people and a table behind us also with the same amount sitting there. BOTH arrived and ordered AFTER us. Yes, the kids for their meals in good time… that's the only reason why I'm rating them with at least one star. The kids menu is junk, only four poor options and with no vegetarian; deep fried food with chips OR salad not both, this is not nutritional and not healthy at all. Fix your kids meals so the kids that do come are not left with a belly full of fat. Both tables beside us got their meals first, and after the kids had well and truly finished we were still waiting for our mains… While waiting for our meals we had ordered a few drinks from the bar staff who were wanting to be anywhere but at work; tired, falling asleep and couldn't take a proper order THREE times. After our meals finally arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes they were below average! I'm a qualified chef by trade, so I know how busy kitchens can be and when you're under the pump it gets crazy but that's no excuse to send out poor, bland/tasteless meals.

Great place to chillax and have a few drinks. Food is really good. Having a ball. Shame it all has to end! Back to Scotland for Xmas.

I'm not one to usually write reviews especially bad ones, however I was left disappointed with my experience. Friendly staff, a little busy but not overloading, my friends and I ordered our food around 7pm. We received our entrees 40 minutes after ordering. It was a garlic bread and onion rings. We let that slide. When our dinner finally arrived, over an hour after ordering, it was cold. Chips were tough, chicken (parmigiana) was very dense and the salad, well, they somehow screwed that up as well. After confronting the supervisor for the cold chips, she rudely brushed my brother off making it seem like such an effort to make quality food. The next batch came out in 5 minutes and guess what! They were cold as well! Overall, I had high expectations and Me and my friends were let down big time. We'll never be coming back and I will definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone if they are seeking a meal after work.

Love Burleigh it has a good atmosphere, some great shops, always a busy place, for BBQs and play.

Good facilities and really friendly staff.

Burleigh Beach is one of the best beaches you will find anywhere in the world. The beach is wide and the sand is excellent. The water is warmish. We also love the walking pathways down the Norfolk pines. In fact, waves not to strong and lifeguards are alert all the time.
