Nice place, well equiped rooms and kitchen, walking distance from broadbeach tram station as well as broadbeach… very clean, nice swimming pool, a spacious balcony and living room… Not a very happening place and slightly aloof though in late evening & night hours… no lift for third floors…

Bathrooms were putrid like they were never cleaned, service average and they make you take out your own rubbish.

Rooms outdated. Spa only runs for 2 minutes then needs to be reset not relaxing. Very annoying. Could hear people walking upstairs on the ceiling Fans are noisy. No large plates in kitchen TV is very small and located a long way from couch. Mould on shower No vac to clean with. Only a dust pan. The only positive is it's close to everything. Giuseppe.

Very clean and close to most things. Everything provided and up to date. Good value if staying for a few days or week.

Office has limited hours. Had Wi-Fi issues, remote for sky TV issues which were all resolved.

Great place no lifts only stairs a bit of a pain but close to everything and clean.

It's ok, but rather pricey for not a lot. Yes they are self contained but when a comparison is done with other self contained apartments these guyz need to lift there game of what customers need. Wif is not free either when most other places are.

Friends stayed here during the conference. Seemed nice and clean. A bit of a walk to the convention center. Definitely worth considering if on a budget.

Spent a great 3 wks here. Very helpful staff. Clean, spacious apartments. Would recommend them.

Great location and clean!

We enjoyed our stay. It has everything apart from an elevator to get your suitcase upstairs. Could be modernised, but overall it was a lovely spot, quiet, and the pool and spa were lovely too.

After hour check ins, secured free parking, rooms are a bit out of date.

If you are after a reasonably priced hotel that isn't in the centre then this place isn't too bad, its old but rooms were spacious and clean. We had limited interactions with staff but they seem friendly.

Great location, good service (happy to print my boarding passes for me). We had a room at the top level with a nice view. Loved the pool and jaccuzi.

I loved the pool and spar. But there was alot of stairs And I am so happy that it is close to the beach.

Okay budget rooms but found the management to be strange and officious with very restricted opening hours. Might be oaky so long as nothing goes wrong. On check-in we were asked to write down our credit card numbers on the check-in form, not take a pre-auth as most hotels do. This is something no one should ever do, it just opens you up to have credit card details stolen. When I questioned the front proprietor about it I was taken to task about how if I wanted to check in it was a requirement. She then offered to key it directly into her computer, which she did, into a notepad field, not sure how this is different from a piece of paper. Two days into my stay I arrived home at 6:45 and realized I had locked my key in my room. The reception wasn't open (it's only manned 8:30-5pm). I had to ring an emergency number which resulted In a 20 minute wait followed by the managers showing up and complaining how I had interrupted their dinner. At the end of the stay this also resulted in a $50 additional charge. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and a situation like this is typically not even a blip on the radar, managed without fuss, or charge. The reduced opening hours (lack of on-site management) could present other problems if there were other noisy tenants or other problems during the night. The rooms were okay for a budget hotel, the pictures on the website are certainly looking at the best angles. Furniture and bathrooms are very old and in need of a refurbishment.

Very disappointed to be coming from New Zealand for 9 nights in July/August and be put in to an apartment where there was no sun and there always had to be a light on no matter what time of the day you were there. It was nice and quiet even though we were within walking distance of everything. Bed very uncomfortable. Probably would have been a lot better with a different apartment.

The absolute perfect location for Pacific Fair, Oasis and all transport options. Our 1 brm apartment was clean and spacious and it was a real bonus to have our own washing machine and dryer. Gardens are lovely and colourful and the whole package was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much… we WILL be back!

Just loved our stay. The rooms were airy and so comfortable. Kitchen, laundry and bathroom well set out and with all the comforts of home. I would loved to have stayed longer. Close stroll to the shopping centre yet no traffic noise. Peaceful. Close to beach. BBQ area great. I could just go on and on. The managers/owners just so delightful and helpful. Could not have asked for nicer down-to-earth people. Helpful, informative and with a great sense of humour. Thank you so much for making our stay what it was. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to all.

Great place to stay, good value for money, extremely clean, friendly managers, shady pool, beautiful natural surroundings, so close to everything, the Beach is up street, the shops one street down, LOVED staying here.

A great little resort that has it all — quality apartments, pool, secure, BBQ area and close to Broadbeach and the Casino. Very friendly managers — terrific value.
