Clean, comfortable, regularly serviced rooms, with equivalent amenities that the big ripoff places have, from laundry facilities right down to a hairdryer in the ensuite. Fabulous budget price, couldn't be happier.

Stayed here for a single night on a business trip in August 2018. It was easy to get to, ample parking, friendly staff with a smile on their face when I checked in despite being just after 8pm at night, clean room that was quite spacious for what I paid, and a comfy bed. Seeing as everything else had been good so far I decided to order an in-room breakfast from the restaurant which arrived exactly when I requested and the eggs Benedict was as good as some and better than most "trendy/overpriced" cafe's I've been to in Brisbane. Couldn't fault a single thing about my visit and while there might be nicer 5 star hotels out there, this was far and away the best accommodation of its type/price range that I've ever stayed in. Will definitely be coming back next time I have an overnight trip in Bundaberg.

As we did not pay much for the holiday itself, the expectations I had going into the holiday were not high at all. Thus when the food was edible and the beach and pools relatively clean, this part of the holiday was not a disappointment. However, what I would find fault with was the culture of tipping the staff at the hotel. If you did not follow this culture of tipping, the staff were very unhelpful, verging on rude at times. I of course would tip if I thought the service were good (as we did with the maid), however, tipping prior to receiving any service is not how things should be done. Also a lot of the supposed "24 hour services" were not 24 hours at all and often when there was a promise of having our water bottles filled up with bottled water from the hotel this was not always available, and having drinkable water is something that is an essential rather than optional in my view.

Staff are lovely can not fault the service. Everyone is always helpful and nice. The rooms are very comfortable and easy to relax in. It was like a home away from home.

Fantastic room for the $$$. Very comfortable. Air-conditioned with ceiling fan. Bed & pillows great. Bar fridge was only ok & the freezer didn't freeze… but u seriously if that is the only problem u can't complain. Didn't have dinner at the restaurant on sight so can't comment except to say it has a great look. Pool was sparkling. All in all u will not regret staying.

Easy and confi place, you park your car in Front of your room and rooms are clean. Good for staying a few days.

What can I say but this is hands down the best motel I have ever stayed in. Its modern, well looked after, comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi (for everyone), awesome hotwater and shower pressure, lovely owners, mini bar options and really good prices. I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

Third time staying at this motel. Found everything clean, friendly owners, if we needed something righted, ie light bulb, tissues etc, promptly replaced. Food good, breakfast excellent.

Very friendly staff good sized room beds are very comfortable would recommended if staying in Bundaberg one of the better places to stay in Bundy close to everything.

Central to Everything and Rooms very clean. Only negative I have is the constant screaming of kids/teenagers in the pool for most of the weekend and NO NOISE CONTROL from Management at all which was very disappointing.

Food is superb, all staff were very attentive and very easy to speak with. The airconditioner in our unit was COLD, and the beds comfortable.

A family owned and run motel, modern, clean and comfy accommodation. Has a lovely tastefully decorated restaurant down the drive, away from the noise of the main street. Nice music, you can actually talk over during your meal. The chef does a great job and the meals are delicious and service great. And the prices are very reasonable. We go often. You should try it…

The Econo Lodge was the best budget accommodation I have experienced in Bundaberg to date. Even though it is budget, you feel as if you are staying at a luxury resort with the incredible service, cleanliness, food, and location.

From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out our stay was fantastic. On checking in when I had made the reservation I omitted to tell Eliye that it was for 2A + 1Child, so when we checked in and found the error of my ways Greg was very accommodating and managed to get an inter-connect room for our daughter (nothing was too much of a problem for him). At this stage after a 3 1/2 hour drive, and not wanting to venture out again we decided that we would make a reservation for dinner. What a decision that turned out to be! Great service and fantastic food made for a very enjoyable evening. The people of Bundaberg are blessed to have a restaurant that produces high qaulity meals on the back door step. We enjoyed the meals so much that we went back the following evening, and again the meals wrere fantastic (rib fillet cooked to perfection). A great place to dine. The restaurant has great food and the steak is always cooked to perfection. If you enjoy Australian cuisine, made with fresh, local produce, you will love Econo Lodge Park Lane Motel Restaurant.

WHAT A DISGRACE! Stayed here and it was the night from hell! 9pm started with a gathering of adults drinking, swearing. By 12 am had enough called the manager he wouldnt answer the phone called police as by now they had started fighting and swearing at each other, 2 am called management again no answer called police again, 4 am mangaement wouldnt answer called police again this time they responded with WHERE IS THE MANAGER! What a disgrace! Finally got to sleep at 5am woke to find the outside area, driveway covered in empty bottles and overflowing rubbish bins chairs, tables scattered everywhere, the management didnt even have the deciency to clean up after the grubs. Departing at 8am after we fronted the manager he proceeded to appologise, we responded with YOUR THE MANAGER MATE it should never happen. What a JOKE! Dont stay here it might be cheap but it is very NASTY.

One of the most pleasurable dining evenings my wife and I have experienced. We had a seafood plate for starters which was cooked perfectly and was real seafood! I had a rack of Lamb for my main with chips and salad. The Lamb was cooked perfectly and tasted great, The chips were the best chips I have eaten in my life. My wife had the Fillet Mingon, absolutely perfect just the way she asked for it to be cooked and good flavor. Neither of the meals were smothered in sauces however there was enough to finish the meal. The Restaurant was packed and I heard no dissatisfaction from any other guest. This restaurant has consistantly provided quality meals at affordable prices for the last three years that I have been going there. As for the accomodation we didn't stay there being locals but we have recommended freinds stay there with no complaints, the rooms are always clean, tidy, and the tarif acceptable.
