Room is very clean and spacious, designated parking so no problems. Lovely staff. Location of motel is great, close to shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful friendly staff. Comfortable meals were large and delicious.

Comfortable & clean but avoid rooms near the road like room 19 unless you have ear plugs as there is a lot of road noise.

We were without power 2 our home for 3 days. So we checked in here. Rooms r quite spacious, comfortable & beautifully decorated. All staff were so warm & welcoming & nothing was to much 4 them. Owners had a microwave & some cooking utensils brought 2 our room so we could do meals. They even stored all our freezer stuff in there freezer. I would highly recommend staying here as it is so central to everything. Rooms were impeccably clean & fresh. Huge thanku to Shirley & Ron for making us feel so welcome & at home.

Room is clean, tidy and comfortable size. Bed is the best I found for me in the area. Not too firm… my back was very grateful this morning. Not noisy at night. We will stay again.

I was put up at this hotel for work and this place is by far the best I have stayed at, the room service is fast, hot and amazing. The receptionist is very kind and was a pleasure to deal with after a very long day of travelling I would highly reccomend staying here to anyone.

Location is good and close to public transport and shopping areas. Rooms are nice and clean.

Location was great just down the road from the shops and restaurants, room was nice and clean and large. Being next to a fairly busy road there was a little bit of traffic noise but not enough to be annoying.

I was there for a training seminar. The hosts were excellent and a ste as dy supply of tea and coffee available. Excellent.

Beautiful place very clean, relaxed environment. The executive spa room well is the best everything about it was awesome, comfy bed. Julie was so nice and very friendly. We will be returning again and it is value for your money.

Friendly staff, and nice large comfortable rooms. A good on-site restaurant offers breakfast and dinner, but the hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from Browns Plains where there is a huge choice of restaurants and fast food outlets. A nearby gym (about 5 minutes walk away) can be used free of charge by guests. Traffic can be a little noisy if your room is close to the main road, but the rooms are reasonably well built such that closing the windows cuts most of it out. There's a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in each room.

Excellent place to stay, conveinent location for what we needed.

We loved our stay at the Johnson Rd Motel :) Super clean facilities, great location (close to the Browns Plains shops) and best of all, the service was top notch! :) To the staff & especially the house keepers, thank you for making our stay soo enjoyable :)

I travel a lot for my work and stay in a lot of hotels and Motels. Johnson Road has honestly got to be one of the best I've been to around Australia. Clean, spacious rooms with ample desk space to get work done on (should you need to). Very friendly and helpful staff and fast, free internet. If only they could all be like this. Thanks guys.

Gym facilities are down the road. Broadband (perhaps) via cable is free, Wi-Fi which you pay for (If you manage to find a spot with coverage is very weak at best) Book breakfast in advance! Pay for each breakfast item individually! Soap in dispensers were empty, very inconvenient finding out once already in the shower. Personnel very friendly with good over all service (besides my gripes above).

I regularly stay at Johnson Road Motel (last visit July 2010) ; have always appreciated the welcome, and personal attention from Fiona and Glenn. With the arrival of a new Chef recently, the food standard has been lifted to be a great mix of uncomplicated dishes, with simple great flavours, a nice change from the fussy faux french sauces and asian fusion fair so common elsewhere; and the friendly wait staffer (Danielle) deserves a mention too. My room is always clean and inviting and nothing is ever to much trouble. Well worth the stay every time! Congrats to JRM and Staff.

I had fairly average expectations when I booked — this comes from too many disappointments from staying at suburban motels while away on business. Johnson Road Motel was fantastic with modern, spacious rooms and very friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Well done! I'll be back.

I have stayed at Johnson Road Motel on several occasions when in Queensland for work. It is clean and modern with friendly staff and I enjoyed the food from the restaurnat served in my room. I would recommend it to all. Jenny.
