Bought a used BMW though this company, all happy before selling the car but as soon as money was paid they have still (a week later) : Not provided a Road Worthy Certicate even though Hooman the owner said he would send it. The car has a master engine light on the dash which means it’s unroadworthy Still hasn’t refunded the deposit after saying it was done Claimed that we took too long in between signing the contract and picking car up even though I have text messages and phone calls between myself and his brother. Now not returning calls, his brother apparently no longer works there, they are not a member of the MTAQ so can’t complain there so looks like a fair trading complaint. Having worked in the motor trade previously I know the processes and these guys are blantantly lying so wouldn’t advise buying off them.

We just had the pleasure of buying a BMW X5 from these guys. Being in sydney it was an interstate purchase so all the more reason to be appreciative of their promises and commitments. When I first made contact with Hooman, I thought, he is was not interested in selling me a car, I was very wrong. He is not your regular car salesperson. My personal opinion is that he has the best cars on the coast at the best price. So don't confuse poor costume service, with Hooman not being your dodgy salesperson. He won't push you to buy a car. I purchased a beautiful Mercedes. I love it. I would also like to say a massive thanks to young Jake for all his help. And Grent for meeting me halfway with the car and his support with the finance was awesome. I won't be going anywhere else to buy a cars from now on.

Terrible customer service. Hooman Fartash is Very Unprofessional and NOT trustworthy. He also doesn't answer my calls and I need to do this to warn everyone else about him.

We delt with Hooman and found him to be honest and accommodating, at no point did we feel pressured into a decision and it was an all round great experience. Just visited to check out a car for my cousin and felt compelled to leave a review. Hooman and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was waiting for some time for the rain to pass and they encouraged me to walk around the showroom floor and check out all the cars. From what I saw they were in amazing condition and I was told they are mostly purchased from dealers after being traded in. I reckon this is a great spot to snag a secondhand luxury car at a good price. Definitely worth your time if you see something you like.

Really friendly place and go out of their (his) way to make you feel welcome. Even wandered up and gave me a couple of cold beers as a welcome gift. Winning.

Looks like hell out side, but once in side it has a very home feeling, the service was excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, I would go back in a heartbeat.

This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Stale, musty, old smell to rooms. The sink leaked all over the floor. The chair had mould all over it! Room was VERY dated. I couldnt bring myself to sleep in the bed! When we went to return keys nobody at reception and no answer when bell was rung. Never will I ever stay here again.

Clean tidy rooms. Lovely landscaped gardens. Minimal traffic noise. Pleasant staff.

Pretty ordinary rooms, and location, terrible water pressure and horrible soft mattress.

Friendly staff affordable prices and flexible check outs.

Do not recommend Darra Motel. Received a phone call on Tuesday to say that they needed the room I booked 8 weeks ago leaving me 2 days to find more accommodation for a long weekend. Very dissapointed and highly unprofessional.
