Staying for a month plus post My Mother having a Lung Transplant. In this very difficult time we found this Motel to be in a fantastic location close walking distance to the Prince Charles Hospital which was very convenient. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. However had communication breakdown with cleaning staff with the quality of how they were "servicing" the appartment floors etc. This led to an initial poor review focused on the cleaning side. Upon that the Hotel Manager Adie stepped up fast and was more then obliging to rectify the situation. Recommended ++ Will stay again.
