Location-wise this place is great, between the trees and outside the hustle and bustle of Byron. HOWEVER, we found Damian, the operator, rude and short tempered. Breakfast was promised each morning however if we didn't advise him by 5pm the night before, he wouldn't prepare it the following morning. We also found multiple COCKROACHES in the couches which was gross and unacceptable. There was also a lot of loud arguments and swearing happening between Damian and his son which made us feel VERY uncomfortable — totally unacceptable.

Beautiful little place to hideaway in the most peaceful, private villas. With the kindest and most accommodating host, it made for the perfect getaway for our honeymoon. We can't wait to come back!

Just stayed this past weekend with my partner in the View room. Owner was very accomodating and friendly, delicious breakkie and extremely easy going vibe, beautifully peaceful. Nothing better than going to sleep with the intermittent flicker of the lighthouse through the giant panoramic window of our room. If I had one critique, which didn't effect us personally as it was actually quite cool during our stay. The rooms are not Air-conditioned and the fan didn't quite seem up to the task of cooling the place. But there is so much ventilation throughout the room it probably wouldn't matter.

Beautiful and Serene. Perfect weekend getaway. Warm and helpful host. Surprise breakfast for my husband's birthday was the cherry on top! Thanks damien looking forward to be back soon:)

Unlike any other accommodation we've stayed… its spacious, private and the most peaceful place. Wonderfully welcoming, true Australian hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in 2013 and absolutely loved it great food and service and loved the resident dog chasing the sprinkler :)

A MUST visit place in Byron Bay if you enjoy tranquility and privacy. Loved the way how the whole 5ft window folded open on the side of the bathtub. The view was amazing! Loved how open and secluded the villa was. Definitely will be going back there for sure.! Wife and I, we both give it 10 over 10! Damien (the host) was absolutely amazing! loved the omelettes he cooked the next morning.! His service was simply excellent and he made us feel very welcomed there.! My only word of advice is as the place is totally secluded — it can get bit tricky to locate the place and oh, do not forget to take bubble bath…! You can't go wrong with this place!

Stunning villas! One of my favourite holidays.

Staying the night here came up as a last minute thing and I felt completely relaxed and spoiled the minute I turned up. The location and views are magnificent, especially from the pool and the accommodation is everything I could have wished for. Damien, the host, is incredibly friendly and an excellent chef. I highly recommend his omelette for breakfast.
