The host Graeme was lovely and the room was spacious and clean great value for money. Beautiful pool and surrounding areas with lovely gardens — family oriented!

Loved this place, only a 1 night stay, the room was basic but the whole place was immaculately presented a credit to the owners.

We are from the state's. Touring the coast from Sydney to Brisbane. Stopped in Byron to stay a night and found this place and for just one night. Graham and Debra are great people and fun to visit with. They are also very helpful on things to do and places to see. We have not experienced this type of people at any motel we have stayed at in the week we have been in country and would definately stay here again, given the opportunity. Corey Esson Bend, OR, USA.

Fantastic hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the surroundings, bit far to walk into town particularly back up the hill. Clean rooms and good pool.

Fantastic motel, owners are incredibly lovely and happy to help out in any way you need! We stayed in a nice self-contained cottage and had a very relaxing time. The pool is good for a dip, and it’s not far to walk into Byron shops or to one of the many amazing beaches in the area.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in one of the huts for 8 nights! Best stay I’ve had in Byron! They offer bikes to ride into town or to the beaches or it’s just over a 15 minute walk into town! We had a car so it was helpful but the rooms were perfect we had a couple come over for dinner and drinks one night and cooked in the kitchen we had it was great! They even had an outdoor BBQ where we cooked breakfast every morning the staff were so friendly and helpful with the surrounding beaches restaurants and bars, they also gave us a really good rate for the 8 nights! Would deffinetly recommend to friends and family to stay here and will be staying there again next time I go to Byron Bay!

Really nice location, just at the edge of town. Rooms are spotless & the grounds & facilities are beautifully maintained, great atmosphere for families, couples & singles. Staff & the owners are great & the owners are happy to stop & chat with you making you feel welcome. Good job guys I'd stay hear again, without hesitation.

Cabins are clean and spacious. Gardens, Pool and BBQ area are well presented.

What really impressed me was the clean shower. So many motels seen to be lax re showers! Comfy bed. Reasonably quiet (for Byron). Lovely hosts. Room I had was great for a couple re size. I'm not a motel fan, but this placed impressed me.

Excellent Motel 20 minutes walk from the center of Byron, a bit pricey but very comfortable.

By far, the best place I've stayed at ever. Debra and Graham are such friendly down to earth people. It was better than home. And for such an awesome place, we got an incredible deal. Will definitely be back. Thanks a lot guys for making us feel so welcome!

Just located 5mins from Byron's main strip and beach. The rooms a clean and tidy, the shower has decent water pressure and the internet is quick.

Such sn awesome place to stay. Nice snd peaceful, relaxex atmosphere, grahem and deb go out of their way to ensure a quality service. The whole place inside and out is kept immaculate. Very neat and tidy. Will be making this place the only place to stay in byron for me.

HIGHLY Recommend ''Absolutely'' … Quiet and peaceful surroundings / clean, cosy and comfortable spacious cottage. The location very convenient just a short distance from town centre. The proprietors Graham and Debra I found to be pleasant warm and friendly and helpful with my girls occupying 2 other rooms but having to arrive a little later into the night. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and will be sure to be back again.

Stayed over night very quite and very nice place to stay our 3 year old son loved it woke up to find a Turkey outside he went out to feed it and the owners are very nice people would stay again in a heart beat.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Deborah and Graham were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The place is lovely, the room was great, and they even let us borrow some bikes for our day trips around Byron. Would definitely stay here again when i'm back.

We were greeted warm heartedly by Graham and Deb. The room was cosy and beds were comfortable. Most importantly, Graham gave us tips and places to visit. Definitely recommend this motel.

Great affordable motel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Everything was clean and there was a pool and a BBQ for us to use. Our room also had a small outdoor area with table and chairs. Perfect for our short stay in Byron Bay. Only four minutes drive from the town centre. Ubers to and from the hotel were very cheap.

Byron Sunseeker Motel really feels like home away from home for us, and we try to get away for a quick overnight here as often as we can. Deborah and Graham always make us feel welcome, and that feeling of warmth can also be felt with the comfortable and well equipped rooms — we've stayed in quite a few of them now. Perfectly located, great value for money, and can't be faulted. A great way to experience Byron Bay.

If your heading to byron bay make sure you book this hotel! The owners and staff are awesome, they are always up for a chat, go out of their way to make sure you have the best time and keep the rooms, garden, and entire hotel up to the highest standard. Had a great stay here and will definitely be back!

We called ahead from the highway, and they stayed open a bit late to give us the keys. They were very friendly, and the room was large and clean at a decent price.

We always stay at the Sun seeker when we come to byron! Its such an nice place to stay with well manicured gardens and extremely clean cabins and rooms! The staff and managers are lovely people and are always up for a chat :)
