Poor quality for the money. Not worth it.

I booked a friend who needed to be near the UNSW for work for a few weeks into the Parade Lodge. It's run by a lovely family who'll do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Understand that the Parade Lodge is absolutely budget accommodation, so if you're looking for a six-star palace, this won't be for you. The property is set upon the busy (read: noisy) Anzac Parade, so if you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back.

Currently staying at the place. Very friendly and cooperative manager, and his family. He even helped me with identifying local amenities, local eye specialist. The hotel is good enough for bachelors and close to Uni, Cafe, supermarket and eateries. Nice communal kitchen. In total, quite homely. I would recommend students and single professionals for short stay.
