5 stars for a fantastic experience. Staff were friendly, the room was immaculate and had great cooking facilities, kitchenette and storage. Very close to Chatswood station and cafes. Will stay here again.

I was not a guest but my 3 year old daughter needed to use the lavatory but was immediately rejected. I explained that I worked in the building next door but it was not acceptable. In the end my daughter wet her pants. Obviously not child friendly 10/08/2018

Great location, very close to restaurants which made it easy to get dinner. Rooms are neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They met all my expectations. I'd gladly recommend them.

Stayed here for 3 days and it was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I've got a clean comfortable room with a king sized bed. The decor and furnishings were modern. Would definitely stay again.

I had a really wonderful stay. Got a good size room with a lovely view and balcony. It was also very clean and secure. The staff too were really friendly and very smiling. Can't really fault them for anything.

Nice clean rooms. Appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air, however there were some guests next door who were smoking when they really shouldn't be and the smoke was coming inside my apartment. Of course it wasn't the hotel's fault and the staff were great but people really should be more considerate when they decide where to light up.

Incorrect room given and absolutely no care in the world to even resolve the issue. The so called “manager” on shift couldn’t resolve our issue and made no effort to.
Would highly recommend for people to avoid this place at all costs!

Very modern clean rooms. Well presented and we'll appointed. Kitchenette and bathroom both clean and well laid out. Balcony with table and chairs. The staff were pleasant and professional. Check-in was fast and efficient. Onsite parking costs extra per night but is on site and accessible from the lobby lifts. Quest is well located in Chatswood close to business and shopping and a large choice of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very happy with their friendly and accommodating staff. We also had a really comfortable stay because they have wonderful amenities. It's like a home away from home :)

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Misleading in the advertisement, avoid room disadvantage facts then ask customer to pay extra for a proper room upon arrival. I do understand the high occupancy during New Years Eve, however, customers should never be treated with dishonesty nor undisclosed room facts while booking!

The one bedrooms are really nice and include everything you would need for a business trip as it has a kitchen and washing machine. The gym is ok as it doesn't have much in the equipment department.
