Like other reviewers. Worst customer service. Manager is extremely rude and aggressive. Rooms filthy. Stay away is my best advice!

Manager so rude. Invading privacy. Taking photos and recording their paying customers. Very racist. Bathroom grout disgusting needing a good clean. Don’t stay here.

It was a good price could of been better maybe my expectations are to high.

They mixed my name up and had to move room on the second nite. The male manager when l wanted to show him the mould in the shower he said he didnt have time. 2 rooms in 2 days both had mould in them. The managers wife was very pleasant and helpful.

This place is terrible! Do not stay here! The worst customer service I have ever experienced from the manager! Not a friendly place to stay with children and on arrival he instantly began abusing myself and my children, even before check in! No privacy as the manager kept coming down to the room and in the end we chose to leave and got a refund. Never stay here for your own safety.

Do not stay here! The manager is mentally unstable and my family and I received the worst customer service ever! Police were notified.

Very basic but we had a good nights sleep. Need watch where you park your car the drive though the motel is very narrow.

Outdated but clean and in very good location. Parking is available for free. Beaches, restaurants, stores and transport all within walking distance.

Perfect stay, please ignore any negative reviews god knows what people expect these days. Clean and comfy room, staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Great location 5 mins from the beach and shops. Highly recommend, would come back here again if in the area.

Room was clean and staff were pleasant and well organised. Beds were terrible. Very old, no support. Friends in other rooms and the beds were all the same. Bathroom very, very old. Window didn't shut so could not secure room. Some reviews mention renovated rooms, not sure where they were… No way it was worth $198 per night. Severely overpriced. Will not stay again.

Man at reception was nice but room not so much. For the very high price for a 3 star establishment I was very dissapointed. Bed seems to be pre WW1 and air con blows no warm air. I won't return here nor will I reccomend it to anyone. Dodgy dodgy dodgy and way to over priced.

Manager was nice but then we got to the room. Very out dated. No foxtel. Wifi didn't work. Remote control missing battery cover. No phone in room. Air con blows cold air only. Very small tv. Bed hard and lumpy. I would expect better for $175 a night. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

The laundry is so dirty its unusable, rooms are dirty and old with no smoke alarms on roof looks nothing like photos on website the kitchen is not usable and is so overpriced its definitely not worth $50 let alone what they are charging.

Rip off … Paid then after paying they then proceed to takes $65 extra out of my account ONE MONTH LATER! Avoid this place at all costs … Oh and it must be a junkie meeting spot or working Girls use the place LOCK YOUR CARS …

Rooms were spacious clean bright and tidy. I went to view this motel on behalf of someone else for a possible booking. Found the front desk attendant courteous and very helpful. Answered all my questions and showed me examples of the rooms they have. If required I would happily book accommodation with them.

Small not too expensive "Hotel" a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Wi-Fi which is a shame.

I stayed Jan 2016 in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was updated to a pretty good standard, nice large shower, clean and modern. Comfortable bed and room with good aircon, nice pool area and convenient location. I would stay again.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! If you plan to book that motel, don´t do it! Really don`t! EVERYTHING is extrem old and decrepit. Heating / AirCondion not working, its noisy, windows, handle, tabs are broken, dirty bathroom. Thats the kind of motel you see in bad movies were junkies live for 5$ per day. Probably 20$ would be a justifiable price.

Stayed with a friend and was a great location with friendly staff Get a room towards the back they are very quiet Will be back for sure.

Amazingly friendly staff and owners who went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my family. Beds were comfy and room was extremely clean and fresh. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend for a pleasant stay. The pool was relaxing an laundry was just what we needed.

What a shocker. Had misfortune to stay with family for one night. Noisy, old dirty little room, rubbish beds, grubby bathroom. I suspect any good reviews only written by owner. And don"t believe the photos either! Real value for a night. Maybe $50.00. And I'm feeling generous.

It is OK, just boring. Staff are beige, no life or enthusiasm. It seems overpriced for something as dull as this. Must be better places to stay.

Not a good place to stay at all. We were desperate and ended up staying twice — never again. It is noisy, the rooms are outdated and things broken (such as taps, windows, etc). On one occasion we had very noisy neighbours which prevented us from sleeping and when I complained in the morning I was told I should have complained on the spot (in the middle of the night) instead. I was never given a credit or refund despite being told that I would hear from them. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and this floats around inside the rooms. Parking is cramped. The only good thing was the location (short walk to Cronulla shops, beach, etc) but so what, there are other places with a good location still but have better service, rooms, etc. I certainly agree with the first review as well as others around the web — AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Never ever again.

I stayed in the Cronulla Motor Inn for a weekend last May. I found it to be good value with clean, tidy rooms and friendly and helpful staff. I would certainly stay here again when next in the area.
