The Good: There's a box of tissues in the room. Tha Bad: You're gonna need them. Now, I'll start by saying that I am susceptible to allergic reactions and do suffer from hay fever from time to time. My partner however never gets hay fever unless she is in an extremely dusty environment. After laying on the bed both of us started sneezing, this slowly grew into itchy watering eyes, a blocked nose and an itchy mouth. We both had a terrible sleep and were both experiencing strong hay fever symptoms by the morning. Symptoms subsided once we left the room and spent some time in the fresh air. Finally, we were sneeze free! At first sight the room seemed clean however as we spent more time there we noticed the cleanliness is perhaps superficial. Dead bugs on the window sill your thing? Sweet. How about mould on the bathroom walls? You'll love Golfview Lodge. I'm sure in the 70's Golfview Lodge would have been a shining star, but it has since lost any sparkle it once may have had. The blankets seem like they are still circa 1977, perhaps confirmed by the whispy floral curtains and neon orange lounge which greet you when you pull into the reception parking lot. I'll be giving this place a miss, it's been my worst accomodation experience in Bowral to date and I visit regularly.

Very dated motel rooms. Cord for the kettle was missing and the smoke alarm was dangling off the ceiling (not working). Bed was small. Spare pillow case was covered in stains. Iron barely irons out a wrinkle (in a shirt). Metal window blinds are cheap and basically pointless so much light gets in. Would recommend you pay a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. There are better places in Bowral than here. The receptionist was pleasant however.

Great motel at a very good rate, swimming pool which was good after working on a hot day. Great outlook from the balcony. Highly recommended.

Greeted warmly despite our later-than-expected arrival, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and accommodation was great for price.

Bowral is lovely and we stayed in the 2 bed apartment. It was very clean, friendly staff and reasonable rates. Couldn't have asked more more.

I would definitely recommend this motel. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and well presented an the bed was comfortable.

My husband and myself went for a family members birthday weekend and its a great little place. Convenient location thats a close drive to everything, beautiful scenic location, next to golf course has a tennis court, pool with bbq and the place next door has a great bar and food. The room was humble, clean and has everything you need from a kitchenette to an electronic blanket (really needed in the winter). Friendly and helpfull staff aswell.

We were in Bowral for a holiday and the Golfview Lodge was great! They had a tennis court and swimming pool (great for summer) and the rooms were comfortable. Would come back again for the Tulip Festival!

Lovely little holiday Lodge, quiet location and close to Centennial Vineyards and Bowral.
