Serenity, customer service, facilities basically everything a camper is looking for, despite the bad weather for the week management accommodated us more then they needed to to make our time there perfect definitely recommend wether you travel solo, couple or families we will definitely be back and bring more people, thank you once again for everything.

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay at the park. It’s been a shame about the weather but we look forward to coming back another, dryer time. Fantastic location and really comfortable well appointed cabin, a home away from home.

What an absolutely perfect place. Fantastic service, great location… the amenities are a bit of a walk but there is an abundance of showers and toilets to choose from when you get there. All in all a great caravan park ☺️

Highly recommend! we took our 4 and 2 year old camping for the first time… hoped we would get a bush setting on the lake as we would if we were camping without them … but also have amenities close by and other entertainment if needed… we contacted the manager before booking and she chose the perfect site for us…
we could fish from our site and not trek the kids and dog through other sites… we enjoyed every minute! cannot recommend enough thanks so much …

Reservations & Front desk staff were very friendly and super helpful. Checked in on a Monday and stayed for 2 nights in the deluxe cabin with nice lake view (highly recommended this option if within your budget). Very clean cabins with a BBQ on the front deck. Rooms are small but very well equipped, with cupboard space, extra linen & TV in main room. I think because we stayed during the week, it was nice and quiet. Very close drive to the beach and town. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends & family.

The cleanliness and easy to approach Management have always made my many stays in the park memorable and enjoyable.
The relaxed, secure, open setting and facilities for my children make it easy for me to completely immerse myself in the wondorous landscape, fronted by the very special Wallaga Lake, at the foothills of Mt Gulaga on one side and directly across the Rd, the open ocean and Camel Rock, always stunning! Always feel lucky when I stay here no matter how long or short the stay, We are always made very Welcome as Management are willing to find a spot for me to suit my family's needs and always go above and beyond to Help make this a place I will keep returning to.

Cabins great value & the million dollar view of wallaga lake & great service.

We stayed here for four days, the most tranquil days spent for a long time.
The park amenities are so clean and well kept, as with the grounds absolutely brilliant.
So friendly and accommodating to our people friendly dog. He loves the place.
As for the management and staff, never met nicer friendlier staff.
Management went above and beyond to ensure our we had a pleasant stay through another difficult period for the region due to coronavirus lockdown.
I cannot thank them enough and wish them the best of luck.
We are definitely coming back love it …

Beautiful quite place the manager was very forth coming but only down fall beds are hard as rock, but other then that really lovely place.

We have just spent a weekend at Ocean Lake in a deluxe villa, absolutely loved it. Great cabins, wonderful staff, we loved everything here and will definitely be back.

How amazing it is to camp so close to such a beautiful lake and just sit back and watch the day pass by with wonderful family and friends.

The bathroom tap was awful, they tried squesing another campsite where they should not have been, one of the showers doesnt work, one of the bbq's doesnt work. Other than that, beautiful location, grass is flat and green withe views of the water from everywhere! Staff were lovely also! Always a bonus when it is dog friendly.

Awesome cabins we stayed in, cleanliness, service and facilities absolutely awesome. Great location highly recommended. Boat ramp just needs a high pressure hose very slippery.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, very well laid out and the bbq and decking area topped it off. Facilities overall are great although the boat ramp is incredibly slippery and will need some attention. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for more.

Would love to try and make a booking here for tomorrow but no one answers the phone been trying for four hours.

No customer service, literally didn't meet a single staff member for the whole stay, room was dirty and in disrepair, toilet didn't flush properly, roaches in the bedroom. Not worth the coin.

This place is amazing. The accommodation was clean and cosy, with everything you need. The view, well what can I say, absolutely breathtaking. Definately recommend this holiday park. Perfect for families. Will be back for sure.

We had originally planned a two night stay, but we were having a great time and spent another night. Marcus was wonderful and welcoming. The cabin was clean and had enough room for 5 of us, without being on top of each other. The facilities were cleaned daily, and the park was fun for the kids, the jumping pillow was a big here. The lake was beautiful.
The tennis court seems like a waste of space. A splash park for the younger kids would be awesome. The cars can speed a little bit, a speed hump would help.

An amazing hidden jem on the south coast, owned by beautiful people that are overwhelmingly helpful. The accommodation is in beautifully kept and priced cabins in amazing surrounds.

Thank you for email suggesting me to provide feedback. Please out line what your future improvements are going to be.
Here is couple things I suggest.
1. Fix the jumping pillow, kids love jumping pillows and my kids were disappointed that it was fixed. To my knowledge it has been broke for at least a year.
2. The playground near lake. Kids loved it. But it needs maintenance. Some parts broken with sharp rusted areas dangerous to kids.
3. Suggest replacing the tennis court with a swimming pool. A pool would get more use. Even thou you swim in lake, but if you have under 5 kids it is impossible.
4. I found this annoying that I had to punch my code in when leaving the park. It must hard for people that towing caravan etc. I was told this has to be done to stop people from uses boat ramp that not park visitors, but using a code to get in. Isn't that enough. Wallaga lakes is still beauty place with awesome sunsets, great boating skiing fishing. Would I go back YES.
P. S the council needs remove the abandon cars from around the lake.

Unprofessional Rude New Manager My experience with the previous manager named Kylie at the beginning of 2014 was very good, I found her very helpful and professional. I (with my small dog) had a booking for a powered site for February 2014 but was delayed and then was ultimately stopped at Morwell due to the bush fire and couldn't continue to Bermagui. Kylie was very accomodating, wouldn't take a cancellation fee, although I insisted on paying (which she then accepted in the end). Based on this very good experience, I decided to make another booking for February 2015, again for the annual Bermagui dog shows and trials. It turned out that the Ocean Lake Caravan Park has recently changed manager to a person named Julie, whom I shockingly found very unprofessional, extremely rude and very poor in modern communication skills. I sent an email for the booking which was never replied, hence I followed up with a phone call. At the end of the phone conversation, Julie said she would email me about the detail on how to make my deposit (I was puzzled as to why she didn't ask for the deposit there and then). I never received the email, so I rang again. She then said she would send it "now". So, I wouldn't have received any email regarding my booking if I didn't ring up to prompt her. She then sent an email with no greetings, just a corrupted Word doc embedded in an xml script as the whole message body. And the subject of the email is: "RE: \\RMS_OCEANLAKE\rmswin\HISTORY\00005672.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the park. Staff are friendly and helpful, amenities are always clean. Grounds are in excellent conditions. Met some very nice fellow travellers and permanents. Weather good considering the wind for a couple of days. No luck with fishing but neither did others. Must be time of day. Will definately go there again.
