Fantastic place to stay! One of the most clean and comfortable motels we have stayed in for a very long time. You certainly can tell there has been a lot of thought put into making it a comfortable experience for all. Definitely will book again.

Staff were rude and couldn’t handle us travelling in a large family group — even though be obeyed hotel rules and were respectful of others staying there.

A lovely family friendly getaway that won't break the bank. It's close to the beach and the shops with plenty of parks and walkways and right opposite the water. There's an excellent pool and bbq area and the staff are friendly. The apartments are clean and have everything you need for your stay. The package deals are a great incentive to stay an extra day or two. This place is close to my heart as I've been coming here since I was a baby. Now I love to bring my own family here to enjoy the sunshine and relaxation of this sleepy little town. Well worth a look.

Have stayed a number of times and it has always been excellent. Great Location, lovely management always happy and provide a really good service. Rooms are always clean & comfortable, pool and bar-b-q area available and free. All good!, restaurants & cafes nearby. Not to forget the price is excellent. Geoff & Chris.

Good service by the owners, very clean and comfortable and close to the bowling club, a short distance to eating establishments and across the road from the water. Wi-Fi works well which is a bonus. I would stay again, it's cheap but not nasty.

We stayed in one of the apartments, reasonably priced and the rooms were of good size. The bed was so comfortable, a lovely sized shower and bathroom and a self reliant kitchen. It is Central to all you can do, a lovely walk to the lake and beaches. Would recommend this motel to all my friends and family.

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom unit. On site staff very helpful. Walking distance to bowling club, coffee shops and essential food store. Great place to staff if you like walking, fishing or just relaxing by the pool. Units are best for families as they are roomier and have cooking facilities which the motel room doesn't have any cooking facilities. Will return later this year hopefully.

We go to Port Macquarie regularly for sport but hadn't discovered North Haven until this weekend. Loved this place! It's right opposite the river and apart from being nice and clean and affordable the owners are a lovely couple who gave us heaps of tips on what to do. Sent us to the most amazing lookout 5 mins drive away — one of the best views on the east coast!

Great location. Very, very comfortable queen size bed. Very clean. Kitchenette was clean and setup well. Hosts were very happy people with very pleasant and helpful attitudes. Will definitely stay again.

My Husband and I have spent a couple of weekends at Haven Waters Motel and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area is a real treat with sun lounges and plenty of room for sunbathing on the lovely lawn. There is even an undercover bbq with plenty of bench space and a sink to prepare meals, as well as picnic tables. It is really positioned well with shops and cafes just a short stroll along the water front. The river is directly across the road and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. The managers Ron and Jo are very friendly and helpful, they seem to know quite a bit about the local area. They really make you feel welcome and at home. It is well worth a visit even if a stop over on the way to Brisbane or a quiet getaway.
