BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL place, whenever we leave home and head south it is a condition we stop here. We keep extending our stay by two nights and again another two nights! Staff are hilarious, was serenaded by receptionist Phil Collins "Just give me one more night" 🤣😂 Park is beautiful, clean, right next to the ocean and also has a beautiful big salt water lagoon from the ocean for swimming plus a beautiful swimming pool, a huge jumping pillow for the kids and other activities. The walk along the wall of rocks is full of stories and artwork from many visitors over the years and we enjoyed playing Where's Wally (lost count of how many we found) Very clean amenities with auto hand sanitizer just outside the toilets. Meat and Seafood man comes every Wednesday, a cafe and a tavern. What more could you want other than perfect weather 🥰

I DON’T RECOMMEND! The numbers for the cabins are super confusing and absolutely make no sense. The reception wasn’t the best. I feel like I got catfished by this place. amazing reviews and all don’t agree with any one them… I’m VERY disappointed, lucky I only booked one night cause I DEFINITELY am not coming back nor would I have stayed here if it was longer than 1 night. the photos I saw online made this room look really nice and fancy but it’s falling apart! Not happy at all. F#$K this place, now I see why it’s non refundable 🤣 I want my money back.

🙄I reckon it is a great park. Their administration and communication is terrible. Always double check and get them to recheck what they tell you as they will say anything to move you on quickly even if it is not the truth. Lost our holiday spot because of it.

Best location in Bucca by far and we are born n bred in the nambucca valley, but live in Sydney.

only thing we dont like is the small double beds… queen beds would better for big fellas.
the lack of supervision by parents when kids are jumping of the fountain sign at the end of the pool and when kids are zooming around on bikes is just dangerous. our Xmas holiday destination sorted :)

We had a great stay here for 8 days. A very well clean maintained cabin fitted out well. Good position close to beach and many lovely walks. I suggest you check it out, u won’t be disappointed.

Having had a fantastic stay previously we booked for Christmas with our 4 children! What a horrible mistake … terrible camp kitchen, old bbq area unfunctional, children’s play areas which were under construction promised daily and didn’t happen until almost the end of our stay of 11 nights which were at a premium over this time! Over promised and under delivered to children doesn’t equal happy children or parents. Management never to be seen. Ingenia feeling very let down and I know we are not alone!

The park is so well looked after, clean and well maintained. The position is amazing and there is so much to do. We love the lagoon!

Have just returned from 10 glorious nights at White Albatross Ingenia, Nambucca. Park was clean, staff super friendly, amenities great and location 5 star. So close to everything, the car can stay parked and walking to everything is so very easy. The v wall tavern out the front had fantastic food. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Great place to stay friendly staff, the only thing is there are utensils in the camp kitchen or the BBQ area.

We will definitely be back to this place! Everything is taken care of from the moment you book in. We stayed in a cabin by the lake. The self contained cabins are very comfortable, clean with a balcony to enjoy the sunrise in the morning. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very beautiful part of the world, Our cabin was perfect for hubby and I and not mention very clean and tidy, will definitely be coming back again! Just need to remember to bring my own coffee cup as the cups supplied were too tiny for my liking lol but that's just my own opinion
Very relaxing and beautiful park.

Best place to stay and relax, right on the Nambucca river where the swimming and fishing are great and you have the bonus of the tavern being right on your doorstep where you can enjoy a beverage or great meal.

Very nice park in a beautiful location on the water. Pool and jumping pillow for the kids although pool not heated which is no good for winter getaways such as ours, main negative was the thieves in the middle of the night that ransacked our gear and left it strewn all over the water front. Make sure you lock up at night staff said it’s a common occurrence.

Great location right on the lagoon and a short walk to anywhere around the town. The V wall walk is an excellent way to get some sea air into your lungs and to take in the surrounding Beach's and fishing spots.

We stayed in a budget one bedroom cabin no. 92. Location was handy to pool and amenities. The place is nice and quiet with lots of friendly residents and guests. The hosts are very helpful and overall we had a great the night stay in Nambucca Heads. In terms of the cabin itself, it's very basic and small, but fine for a couple to stay in.

The check inn was so fast and easy the lady that checked us in was polite and friendly the reception room was clean and a nice set up. We stayed in the cabin near the lagoon nice view our cabin was very clean average set up but for the price I can't complain. The only issue I had was my kettle needed replacing and with a 6 month old baby a kettle is important. Yes I recomend staying here nice location clean accommodation and receptionist been friendly.

Thank you ingenia holidays we will definitely be back! We had such an amazing stay! The location was perfect, the cabins clean and well presented and the customer service was excellent! When we realised my giant of a husband (*6ft4) didn't fit the double bed the lovely desk attendant promptly upgraded us at no extra cost, making our anniversary stay all the more beautiful. Not only are the staff lovely but the park itself has everything you need. Short stroll to cafe and pub, beaches, river and awesome fishing spots. We are already planning our next trip.

Beautiful caravan park with exceptional clean facilities! Close to everything, including fishing and town! The view is amazing! We had an eight day stay. But only had three days of beautiful weather! On the third day arvo, well the weather turned! Wild winds and torrential rain! Our poor gazebo got broken in two and amazing how our tent stayed on the ground! When we checked the weather it was still going to pour for our entire stay! Well we had no choice but to pack up, we were getting flooded! We did ask for a refund, for the rest of our days but management refused! Was actually quite upset about that, since I take holidays only once a year due to work commitments! But can't help bad weather I guess!

Stayed on a powered caravan site. The amenities were very clean. Great camp kitchen. Pool was clean and inviting. Short walk to the beach. Walking distance to the shops (up a hill — great for fitness) and cafes. 3rd time here. Love it.

We were expecting a lot more than what we got for our waterside cabin, considering the cost! The whirly bird on next doors cabin was loud and we needed to shut the windows to get sleep and even then we could still hear it. The park facilities only have a pool and jumping pillow for the kids, not much. There are a lot of permanant residences here and they are the majority. The location is great, beautiful spot! The reception staff were very friendly also.

Fantastic caravan park, fantastic location, great pool scenery, very good facilities, shopping nearby (on foot but quite far), good BBQ, perfect for bathing, very clean. Here I would go again at any time.

This park is a favorite of ours. New facilities. It fronts onto a sea water lake with the ocean over the rock wall. Very picturesque. Great walks along boadwalk from there, lovely town with several restaurants and clubs. A very well run park. Dogs are allowed as well.

Nambucca Heads, very nice park, amenities secure and kept clean. The beach and the bay are right at your doorstep, with a tavern at the entrance.

I can't rave enough about this place. So family friendly and well set up. So accommodating. Amazing tariffs. Great cabins. Very clean and functional for the entire family. Parking at the door. Beautiful location. Fun facilities. My kids were disappointed to hear the playground was gone however ecstatic to discover a jumping pillow in its place. Bbqs kitchens toilets everywhere. Last time we camped with the kids and as my daughter was then 3yo they allowed us to choose a camp spot close to amenities. Showers were so clean. Everything is pin code accessed so felt safe. We will definitely be back. In fact we were on our way to brisbane. So we hope to actually stay at White Albatross again on the way home. Kids… and I cant wait!

My wife and I just spent 1 week here, and loved it, the whole time we were there, the Staff were friendly and helpful, the park was beautiful. It was the best week we have had in a while, the Spa cabin was awesome with the lagoon View and your own BBQ on the verandah. We will be definitely be booking again and going back. Recommend this Park to anyone for a relaxing time.

Great location right on the river mouth & beach, stayed in a cabin getting a little old but very comfortable. 'V wall' Tavern right at front door — great for meals & having an Ale.

Wonderful looking caravan park right on the mouth of the Nambucca River. There are spots to bring your own tent/caravan or to hire rather nice sheds. There is a lagoon to go swimming in, however a 5 minute walk around to the beach is a lot nicer. There is a club and a corner store at the front for entertainment and quick food needs, lots of open spaces for BBQ and even its own fish cleaning room. Not to far from the iconic Nambucca wall. It would be a 7 minute drive up a steep hill to the high street. Definitely need a car.

This is one of the best places we have stayed at for a holiday. Great place, Beautiful clear water & great beach driving. We will definitely be back again.

We found White Albatross on the Internet and driving towards park couldn't believe the location being so close to the water and Hotel. Found caravan park to be clean and very pet friendly — have been back many times and always our stay. Keep up the great work.

We have been coming here for over 10 years and LOVE it. Unfortunately the new management is not as loyal to long term customers as previous owners were. It's all about the dollars now.

We have been coming here for a few years now and always re-book whilst we are here. Amazing friendly managers Kevin and Marie and all the staff make us feel welcome on every visit. This beautiful, clean, well maintained pet friendly park is a little treasure, we are so glad we found it and will keep coming back and telling our friends about it.

We stay here every year because it is in the most idyllic beautiful spot. The staff are always friendly, the park is very clean and the gardens look fantastic. We stay in the villa's when we come visit and it really is like our second home. I recommend Nambucca and this caravan park to anyone, its pet friendly and I absolutely love and when it comes time to go home I always feel sad. We will continue to visit here every year.

I'll go again next year for new years eve away from Sydney. A good time to relax.

Clean and tidy cabin with lagoon view, prompt service, happy with our stay, great location.

Great staff and beautiful waters. The walking path is a must. It leads you right to a beautiful beach were you could potentially have the beach to yourself. Only saw a handful of people while we were there. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you have a chance check out the nature trail. Also the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Very beautiful clean campsite, off-peak an acceptable price for those facilities. Free-to-use tvs, nice kitchens/bbqs, and a very beautiful area around.

I was welcomed by a friendly young woman. I appreciated that the office was open later than 6pm (10pm, I think) as I was delayed by a traffic accident. The facilities and grounds were clean and quiet at night for sleeping. It was off peak season. Lovely spot. I would stay again.
