Great spot, quiet, tranquil, great service, not many rooms so you do not see any of the other guests. We went on the rainforest walk as well as the look out walk. Look out walk is quiet difficult and a walking stick is recommended! Maybe the track can be updated/repaired, there were some areas that were very steep with branches and trees obstructing the path, it was still enjoyable! Also went to see the glow worm/fungus which was a treat. Only small issues with detail, bathroom door did not close, the stitching on the bathrobe is worn/faded, kitchen knife was chipped, no scissors in the room, dishwasher cutlery basket is old and need a to be replaced and unfortunately found mould on the complimentary jam (jam was sealed and within date, so can't blame the venue), everything else was perfect so didn't really bother the venue with these minor issues. Would recommend and will come back it was very nice and relaxing experiance.

The glow worms at night whilst laying in a hammock, facility itself is beyond 5 star's & it's surroundings are picturesque.

An exceptional place, the accommodation was magnificent, from the rose petals delicately distributed across the floor to the use of soy candles, and a complimentary bottle of wine it was all smiles. The surroundings are outstanding, beautiful walks and hammocks hanging across a stream, at night you can see glow worms! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others and look forward to returning.
