Excellent location for restaurants and lakeside attractions — easy walking distance. Nice clean rooms with small kitchenette. We had an adjoining room which was perfect for our family of two adults and three kids.

Really is the friendliest hotel in Forster. The owners had us booked in before we arrived so we could walk straight into our room and get some rest. Only a short walk away from the beach and with separate pool / BBQ facilities we felt a family vibe. Close to restaurants and the Forster bowling club. Room was clean and spacious. No complaints.

Very quite night sleep. Comfortable beds and fresh pillows. Clean and fresh. The managers Pete and Deb were outstanding. They went above and beyond to cater for my needs. Best small motel I have stayed in for a long time. Thanks Pete and Deb I will stay again.

Great motel. Very comfy beds, big clean room and bathroom. Walking distance (for the kids too) to beach and main street. Definitely our go to hotel in forster.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, bugs and insects free. Clean pool, very convenient location had free Wi-Fi and fox movies, kids and Sports.

Near the good beaches in Forster. Rooms and ammenities are clean. Only issue I had was the smell that lingered in the bathroom everytime we use the flush.

We love the Bella Villa it is close to the pub & our favourite restaurant. The rooms are always very clean & the owners are very friendly. We have stayed here 3 times & will definately stay again.

This is good value considering the price and the amenities. The rooms are clean though on the more cozy side. Air-conditioning, Wifi and limited cable TV channels. It's an older motel but with updated furniture and trim. Overall you get your value for your money.

Great little motel. Nice, friendly and helpful staff who even helped with our laundry. Rooms are comfortable albeit a bit dated. Very clean though and we enjoyed our night here.

Comfortable, affordable, and a great location!

Great place to stay, staff are very friendly. The room was nice and clean and a very nice size. I had a comfortable stau here the night was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed there last week for one night, the manager was very friendly and the unit was spotless, I would be very happy to recommend this motel to any weary traveller passing through Forster.

We stayed here over the weekend whilst attending a friends wedding. The staff were friendly enough. And the rooms were mostly tidy. I found the bed to be a little hard and there were a few suspicious looking stains on one of the blankets. But other then that it's exactly what you'd expect a motor inn to be.

Having showed up well after the reception was closed — over the Easter Weekend — I was greeted in an amazingly welcoming manner and nothing was too much trouble! I could not recommend this Motel highly enough! Truly brilliant old fashioned friendly service — the motto definitely suits.
