Showed up at the pub for lunch at 2:20pm, (10minutes before bistro shuts for lunch). We were looked at by staff, completely ignored and turned a blind eye too, as we stood waiting at the counter for 5+ minutes. Staff then walked out of the kitchen at 2:28pm and proceeded to tell us they weren’t taking anymore orders in an extremely rude tone. Tables were filthy, looked like they hadn’t been wiped down all week. Tables hadn’t been cleared from previous diners. Messed up 2 food orders. Absolutely disgusting service.
Showed up to order lunch with 10 minutes until the close of the bistro. Staff completely ignored us and then come out when it was 4 minutes until the bistro closed and told us they wouldn’t serve us. Incredibly rude. If your bistro hours are until 2:30pm you should serve until 2:30.
