Lovely clean comfortable room. The food & service in the restaurant was fabulous.

Your restaurant service. Arrived at1/4 to 7.00. Waitress forgot about us. Ordered soup and tried to order two other meals that were not available. Soup eventually arrived at 8.00 p. M. Fell asleep whike waiting for main meal at 8.30 p. M. Beter service & more staff not a very good experience.

Great stop over in way to Qld, amazing staff and food and service can’t rate it high enough.

Robbie and I had a fantastic time here. It all started with being allowed an early entrance due to the time we had been on the road, to the fantastic dinner we had in the restaurant, the room was clean and in great condition, brekkie was great and the staff were absolutely fantastic.
Made for a great stay and we will be going back soon.

Upon check-in I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet; forgotten about. I was asked to wait while the room was cleaned. After traveling 4 hours with a 1 year old… not good enough. I was given another room. No carpet; so not infant friendly. No hot water. Mouldy plugs. Dirty air vent in bathroom. Hair all over tiles up bathroom wall. Shower/bath drain backed up creating a bad smell. Mini bar did not exist as too the Wi-Fi. If I tick Wi-Fi when booking the room; upon checking in give me the Wi-Fi password. Inadequate lighting. Two lights on the wall with no switch and another light was blown. I was in town for one night for a funeral and I couldn't even shower.

If you travel the inland via the New England Highway STOP HERE! The best accommodation in town AND the Chef is the best in the West and a hand picked wine list to boot.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great in house restaurant with very good meals, well trained staff. We will be back.

Room tidy clean. How ever no organisation in the parking areas… had to park halfway of the motel room to put our luggage in. Very disorganised parking.

A great place to stay in Tenterfield. Located on the main strip, so close to everything. Very spacious, nice and cosy fireplace (with stocked firewood) and friendly staff. It's a little dated inside but it adds to the charm. Pet-friendly as well, so bring your 4-legged friend. Thanks for the great stay!

The hotel looked tired but was adequate. I was very happy that our little pet dog was allowed to stay with us. Ron Ward.

Service was poor and meal overpriced for just plain fare.

Had a lovely stay, meals in the restaurant were nice, service was good. On the room — I was trying to work on the computer and it was really annoying that there was no dining table for me to work on and eat breakfast. Please bring back the table.

Absolutely beautiful lady checked me in and served dinner she was very polite happy the room was very clean and comfortable great atmosphere. If I ever come back to tenderfield I will stay here the food was great.

Excellent Customer Service. Large spacious clean rooms. Aircon, free Wi-Fi, off street car parking. Central location. Very comfortable, always stay here when ijn town.

Not happy went to have dinner at restaurant as advertised on the board on arrival to find all shut no breakfast would not stay again not good advertising for best western.

After driving for hour's on end trying to find some where to catch up on some. Best Western @ Tenterfield was the only place open and had a few rooms left staff were friendly and helpful YES I would Recommend this Motel.

Comfortable but traffic noisy.

OK but parking spaces are narrow. Stopped in Room 232 round the back. The restaurant has a faux pretentiousness about it. My steak was served on top of my chips and sans steak knife.

Nice clean rooms with complimentry toiletries. Good breakfast choice and Restaurant food was great. The location for a rest stop on New England Highway with reasonable quiet noise from traffic allows good sleep. Disappointing Wi-Fi service with constant drop outs.

The rooms, spacious clean and beautiful. The staff are amazing, thank you so much for last night 5 Oct. The meals were so delicious and cater to many needs. Highly recommend staying there :-)

Nice clean motel with good rooms. But probably better Mon — Friday… We were there on a quiet Sunday night, could not order a cooked breakfast for Monday morning!

Well maintained motel which is pretty quiet even though its on the main road. I think they have a restaurant but I didn't try it. Plenty of options in the town which is a short walk away. Happily stay here again.

We stayed at the motel this weekend, we had a large group and the staff were amazing, the food was first class, accommodation was excellent. A big Thankyou to Gemma for all her hard work setting up our weekend, and of course all the other staff, especially the chefs for their wonderful service and the birthday cake they did for my husband. I would definitely recommend this motel to other groups thinking of visiting Tenterfield.

Scott & Fiona are just the best people. I contacted them to see if they would be happy to donate 1 night accommodation for my son who is cycling EAST TO WEST that is from Snapper Rocks to Perth in the name of Mental Illness & suicide Prevention & his driver, and they were so happy to say YES of course. They made the guys stay so welcome & full of so much support & the food was just beautiful. So thank you both so much & please support then if you need some where to stay @ Tenterfield, make sure you go in & stay with them ok. We must support the country people. One of the better motels I stayed at during my trip to Northern NSW. A few great pubs down the road.

Room accommodation good. Only downside is trucks going past.

We were down in Tenterfield for a Conference in November 2015. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, amenities were well kept, the conference venue was ok (no air conditioning on one of the hottest weekends of the month did make it very uncomfortable but a cross breeze relieved things a bit). The meal on Saturday night was absolutely delicious. Thank you very much to everyone.

Lovely place to stay. Furnishings and fittings great. Restaurant was superb. Only draw back was the noise from the trucks going past. Otherwise lovely.

Passed through recently on holidays and stayed in a family room as we have 2 children. Service was excellent and the food was great. After a long journey we found the room to be clean and comfortable. We would definately stay there again and agian. Thankyou to all the Management and staff for a quiet and restful stay.
