I have stated at COT on many occasions over the past two years but on the last two I have discovered bed bugs and have been extensively bitten. I quietly and respectfully alerted staff on both occasions. I refused to pay the $70 fee for the room on the second occasion only to be verbally abused and told not to come back. I am not writing this review out of spite I am writing to warn people that not only is there bed bugs but also disgusting filthy stained mattresses. Spider only cares about money and not for what his customers suffer. His standards have truly dropped.
