Very friendly owners, Nick & Soph, stayed with them a few times now, no queries are too hard! Neat and tidy rooms. Very close to the Royal Mail Hotel, which has great food! Highly recommended to anyone staying in the Yarrawonga/Mulwala area

Spent a week end at the Paradise Palms and I found the room clean and tidy and the service excellent, the owners went out of their way to assist. Also very good value for money and very convenient to the Hotel and restaurant next.

Hi Nick & Soph, What a great weekend had by my wife and myself and also the group we travelled with. Stayed 3 nights in a queen room with breakfast packs included and just had a ripper time. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, shower hot, exceptionally clean, and Foxtel with footy channels. (also movies which the wife loved). To top it off the weather was perfect. Love this place and highly recommend to anyone needing accommodation this area. Nick and Soph were great, and gave us some great ideas for eating and things to do. See you again soon. Cheers Sam.

Do not stay there it is not value for money. My experience was a 3 night stay. For there to find no tissues I had to use toilet papper. On first day after being out all day got back to our room just after 6.00pm it was dark and cold. To find room had not been made no clean towels. No phone to call reception so I went down to reception to find it all closed but there was a note say call if you rewire assistant. So I march back up the stairs to get my phone and come back down to make the call. Well the male manager was a real pig as if it was my fault no apology. I was told I did not put the sign on the door telling them I wanted my room serviced there was no sign on the door telling me to do that. The only one was if you did not want your room done to put it on the door. He came to the room all angry and told me not to let it spoil my night and still no apology and threw 2 towels at me. The front door does not shut properly and door to shower is a real struggle to open and close. In 3 days they did not replace the soap. On the other hand his wife was lovely. I have stayed at many motels hotels all over the world and this was by far the worst.

We stayed overnight. Hotel was great. Really quiet location. Pub located next door served delicious meals. Room was very comfortable. Great value and even came with a complimentary breskfast pack which consisted of cereal, milk, juice and fruit :)

A great location and friendly staff that were very accommodating and quick to respond to my email enquiry. For a four night stay it was perfect for me. Very clean and tidy and great value for money.

Very quiet little motel, with rooms that have a great layout for extended stays (bathroom was tucked around a corner, with kitchenette). The Managers were helpful and pleasant. Would recommend.

Our stay was lovely, clean rooms, good price. The Staff were terrific made us very welcome and were more than helpful.

An amazing place to stay, well maintained inside and out, comfy beds, big rooms, pool which was nice for my son, lovely people that own in best service including room service for breakfast, will definately stay there again wouldnt go anywhere else now in yarrawonga/mulwala.

Great spot, next door to pub with good meals, Not noisy at all, comfy beds, big car parking area.

It was a great little over night stay for us! The staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and the was a good choice of good amenities.

Great prices, big rooms, awesome pool & Bbq area and super friendly people… So close to everything, Lake, clubs, pubs. Definitely recommend this place.

In a great location, the beds were comfortable and place was clean. The one big thing l DIDN'T LIKE, was that the face basin doubles as the sink and to me that is not very hygienic, the bathroom was small you need to step out of it to dry-off from a shower, but the shower was roomy and great water pressure. We needed to ask for a dish cloth, and plate as there were none in the motel just cups and spoons. Which is silly as there is a toaster.

Just a great place to stay. Great location, and rooms are always clean. Flat screen TV with heaps of pay TV channels all free of charge! Wonderful owners Nick and Soph, run a tip top show. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommend.
