Kirwan Apartments are adequate as accommodation goes. Our apartment had two double rooms and two 3-person rooms to accommodate a total of 10 people. There was one small shower, one small toilet as well as a larger combined toilet-shower-laundry. Living and eating areas were squeezy but adequate. The place smelt clean when we walked in which is a bonus. We found three defrosted, mouldy chicken schnitzels in the microwave, food scraps and rubbish down the back of the lounge, some chewed chewing gum on the floor and a stove door that wouldn't close as well as a few other things. We emailed the list of defects to the property manager at Raine & Horne on the Saturday night and she acted on it on the Sunday sending the cleaners back in before we got home from skiing. The stove door was fixed on Monday. So overall we were impressed by the quick response to the problems which made the rest of our stay enjoyable. We had undercover parking for one car. The other car in our group had to park in the open air carpark but the designated spot was taken by an old Ford ute that looked like it had been in parking spot for months. So we just parked in someone else's spot. Kids enjoyed it but next time we'll be looking for something a little bigger.

Parking is haphazard, struggled to find ours, they're not upto the mark, but spacious and lot of room in one where we stayed.
