Very happy with the motel, it was affordable, hospitable and clean. It was most geared to family ski trip. I recommend.

Very affordable. Close to town centre. No lake view. Free breakfast (bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, cereal). Large space, but aged furnishings. Good for large groups and families on a budget. The games area was quite nice to sit and relax after a day on the slopes. There's a bar and pizza place on the ground floor, which is pretty convenient after a long day and you don't want to trek for a good meal.

Beautiful little hotel. Squeaky clean and good sized rooms. Comfy beds with perfectly clean sheets that even my grandma would be pleased with :) Hotel is close to shops and restaurants, really good location. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed and we'll definitely be back next year!

We are so far happy with our room and the place in general. Cosy and has all the things we need for a 3 night stay to enjoy the snow! The water pressure is good and the bed comfy and clean. Nice big flat screen in our room too so you can relax in bed and watch it after a day on the slopes.

We recently took a group of 20 teenagers to stay at this Motel. As you can imagine, that is no small operation! However I cannot express enough gratitude in the amount of care and generous hospitality shown by the entire staff at the Acacia Snowy Motel. Hotel was clean & comfortable!

Very friendly and helpful staff; great location. The kids loved the bunk beds and the games room. The pizza kitchen is also great for those cold nights when you really don't want to venture out for dinner. Also my son left his ipad there & the staff were very helpful in getting it back to us. Fantastic customer service.

Decent motel, a bit away from the main centre. Good clean rooms and ours had a very newly updated bathroom. Simple continental breakfast is included. Can't really go wrong for value.

The service was amazing The owner is so friendly and like very very thoughtful of everyone who stays there 10/10 would recommend.

Nice location, rooms are soacious, nice breakfast faculities. However room glibe went out at 5pm and asked it be replaced but told couldnt be done so just to use the bedside light, asked to be moved to another room and told not possible and to go away. Spoilt an otherwise nice stay.

Nice motel… You can play ping pong upstairs… Unfortunately, the manager is so racist… The bathroom was flooded & they blame it on us… Dude, if we want to prepare a rice to cook, we don't need the whole shower area… Have you ever seen a rice cooker before?

It is a cheap clean and generly pleasant hotel. If all you want to do is crash after skiing, it is perfect. Jindabyne Breeery is next door for a wuiet drink after.

Great place to stay good sized room comfy beds. Huge games room and the best Pizzas ever eaten. Super friendly staff.

Very friendly owner. Wood fired pizza were great after a day at the snow. We were the last guest to check in, and the owner has fired up the heating in the room so it was nice and cosy. Good breakfast in the morning to set us on our way. Had 4 of us in one room that could sleep five. Nice powerful hot shower. It's expensive for what it is, but then again everything is expensive when it comes to the snow in Australia, and this was the cheapest we could find. Very good stay.

Location was acceptable, and the provided breakfast was okay. Rooms were larger than expected, there were four beds bunk and one king sized bed and a lot of space in between. The bathroom was nice.

I booked this hotel after making a mistake with a booking at another. I am so glad I booked here. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Loved every minute of our three night stay. In Jindabyne for a family wedding and these guys made us feel like family too. Will return one day for some more of the local hospitality. Thank you guys.

Arrived friday for the snowy ride was very impressed my hubby is celiac and they were able to accommodate his food requirements never before has this happened. Will definitely be staying here again. Staff are awesome. Thanks guys for a great place to stay.

When booked for a work trip they were very accommodating to us as we arrived in the early hours of the morning and agreed for us to have a generously late checkout on our leaving date due to our work projects. The previous owners were awesome to help us out with this. We were then greeted by new management on our checkout day without warning that new owners were getting control while our stay with them. After being yelled at, berated and spoken to with profanities in front o…f their own child — we got our late checkout revoked. Now my co-workers were not within phone reception when this happened, due to they were busy finishing our project in the mountains. After pleading our case I managed to get an extra half an hour to get all our equipment packed up and to leave. However the new manager ended our conversation very arrogantly and was swearing down the corridor. Although the Wi-Fi and facilities are decent (however could easily be improved), I wouldn't recommend this place purely based on the management and how we were treated as paying customers. Don't stay at this hotel.

Allan and Gillian were ever so welcoming and run a very neat and tidy establishment. The rooms, whilst modest, were also quite adequate. The solid brick walls that the Motel is built of, prevent sound travelling between rooms, which is refreshing when one is trying to obtain a good nights sleep. Complimentary tea and coffee was set up in the room, with a bar fridge for keeping your refreshments cool. Plenty of power points are also located in this vicinity for charging laptops, phones and anything else. The freshly renovated bathroom was a lovely luxury, with a spacious shower to help unwind after the day up the mountain. Finally, I really appreciate the freshly prepared hot breakfast. There is also cereals and yoghurts available, so there is no excuse to fuel up before heading for a day up the mountain. This wasn't the first time I've stayed here and most certainly won't be my last.

Great little place for recovering after the snow. Clean rooms, strong hot shower and some tasty food. Couldn't ask for more. Will be staying again next year.
