I was not very impressed when I was having shower hot water and cold water change so quickly I nearly burn my body, because some one having shower next room must have the same problem, must need to be fixed. The bed sheets and the blanket were not cleaned to my view. The bed and air con are excellent, the night manager is very good and helpful.

Decent place to stay, working air conditioner and reasonable hot shower. OK for work.

The staff were fantastic I would gladly stay again.

Room wasnt clean. Bathroom untidy. Disappointed as was great other time we stayed there.

I absoulutly loved my stay at the windmill motel the people who run the motel were fantastic as soon as l waliked in to pick up my key they made me feel very welcomed and when my husband and l entered our room it was so clean everything was perfect a big lovely shower everything was spot on l know where l am staying when l go down to visit my gransons in future the windmill motel at woonona on the south coast Carmen and Russell.

Budget wise Hotel… Good for overnight stop over for rest or sleep. FAMILY ROOM is better for an option.

I've stayed here a few times now, only problem I've every had is when I accidentally brought two cars. They are very strict on parking (which to be honest, is a good thing. There is parking on the street Large Bath rooms, Biscuits and coffee Easy check in and out, not too noisy.

Good value place to stay on the south coast. Minutes to beaches. Clean tidy rooms basic but fits all the needs and well priced with plenty of secure on-site parking.

Conveniently situated in the suburb on Woonona, this little cosy Motel has all the amenities you need without going overboard. Really nice people running it.

I wouldn't let a dog sleep there! The smell in the room is enough to make you vomit, very strong smell of urine like its all through the carpet! The place is overrun with cockroaches throughout cupboards, plates, kettle. If you are desperate sleep in your car.

This place is a rundown, dirty disgusting place. Stayed in a family room with two friends and was charged $180 for a smelly old room, the bathroom was tiny with broken shower screen, dirty bath and you had to run around in the shower to get wet. Never again.

The bed was comfortable big shower room ok for stopover, only complaint was no extra blanket it was cold …

The beds were comfy! It's functional if you just like the basics but if you're looking for swank, it's not what you're after.

Stayed here with a friend awhile back. The room was ok I suppose, though smaller then I expected and the staff were kind of rude too. Would of been 2.5 stars otherwise.

It would be a bit of a stretch to call it glamorous but if you are trying to save a buck and want cheap clean rooms its worth your time. The management are great and look after you well.

Managers here are super helpful and nice… place is clean and tidy.

Bed was good and only 2 channels on TV and glitchy, shower head would fall down I had to have it up high so it would not fall on your head when having a shower. All the plates under sink where wet, had 2 wash it all before use. No trays in oven. Power point hanging of wall and when it moves interfears with TV. Not worth the money to stay at, should b at least half the price. Not a happy costumer.

Enjoyed my stay at the Windmill Motel. The room was clean and comfortable, great shower, always good. Good rates, value for money. James even drove me to the train station the following morning, great service, not many would bother. I would definitely stay there again. Terry.

The toilet was noisey and the art was repetative. Probably too expensive for a rest stop motel. Storage Hunters was on tv, I'm gonna blame the motel for that too.

Just not worth the money that we pay for it from the service to the room itself very low grade.

My wife and I have stayed in numerous motels around the world. This one unfortunately rates on the low side. We were greeted by a women in reception behind a grilled window — a bit of a worry — and asked to pay $140 for a room. The room badly needed airing as it smelt. Thankfully the air conditioner worked and did a fair, but noisy, job of masking the smell. The shower was good and the bed was soft and needed replacement. We had dinner at the nearby RSL Club where the food was basic but fairly priced.
