⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can not recommend H Boutique Hotel highly enough. Matt and Sam greet you with a smile, provide the best service and no question is too challenging. Our studio was new, a great size, so clean and has everything you need. 5 stars all around, keep it up guys, we’ll be back!

We attended a wedding and stayed at this quaint hotel. Private quiet, spacious and perfect for our stay. We will definitely return! Highly recommended!

The shower was filthy to the point of mould, drain smelt and water feral, floor grout was dirty. Shower sprayed water on the gloss tiles outside the shower and they are extremely slippery and dangerous but apparently in 8 yrs I am the first to bring it up. Looking at the bathroom door it’s water damaged. To avoid slipping I requested towels that were delivered to the wrong room (lucky I knew the other people) eventually when I got them they were dirty. 🤷🏻‍♀️The front light didn’t work. The toilet seat was loose, the tops of the tiles were dirty, the manager lied multiple times and towards the end had non helpful approach. Paying a lot of money and During a pandemic you would think the cleanness would be much better! Manager would bring it up with the owner but there is nothing he can do now attitude SOIn other words to bad to sad. If you are as unfortunate as we were make sure you tell the manager as he is only human (his words).

The H Boutique Hotel hosted our wedding back in May and we had the most perfect day thanks to Matt, Sam, Lisa and the team! 🤩 Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect, well organised and run smoothly. The accomodation was spacious, beautiful and spotless and the function room was perfect for everyone’s needs. Matt makes an EXCELLENT bar tender! 🍻 I could not recommend them enough. FANTASTIC service, amazing experience, we will definitely be back to stay in the future. Many thanks to Matt!

H Boutique is a great location for sunset views and central to all. Villas are spacious, clean and cozy. I'll definitely be booking to stay here again! Highly recommended!

The units are spacious, but lack artistic flair. The decor is ordinary. The location is convenient and peaceful, but there are no recreational facilities. The resort needs a swimming pool at least. The price was affordable for us while working in the Hunter Valley this week.

Matt was absolutely Amazing, his customer service is 100% spot on, such a great guy who goes above and beyond for his guests! The rooms were spotless and large, heaps of parking and the breakfast was lovely. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you and we will be back.

Sam and Matty welcomes. Our party of 6 as if they had known us forever. We all. Got a bottle of wine with our room key. It doesn't get much better than that.

Lovely accomodation especially with the fireplace on this cold day. Made feel very welcome and also received a complimentary bottle of wine. The price is very good and a lovely king size bed. Close to The Irish Pub and the Hunter Valley Gardens.

Great area close to everything and all the vine tastings around and heaps off restaurants and things to do.

The owners & Matty the Manager are the best! Go beyond making your experience great. We just arrived & they immediately made us part of the family & assisted us through many challenges. The only place we will stay in all future trips up here.

Extremely welcoming staff, beautiful views with kangaroos at your door, close to main attractions wineries, restaurants, cafes, we highly recommend to stay when visiting The Hunter Valley.

Great place to stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Our place was roomy, clean and cosy and the gas heater was amazing. The kangaroos in the morning was a nice surprise for my son. Close to everything, highly recommend.

Matt at H Boutique was absolutely amazing and accommodating in hosting us for our stay, and provided 2 cots for the toddlers we had with us. We stayed in a two bedroom villa, and the space was comfortable, warm and in a great location. We’d love to stay there again in future! Thanks again, Matt!

Fantastic service, very clean and neat apartment, area for the kids to play just outside the apartment while I can sit, shopping my coffee. Beds are mostly comfortable. It's located in a really Central area, close to the Hunter gardens and loads of wineries and other such places.

Wonderful location. One of the best in the Hunter Valley.

The only feedback we had for him was the shower door/cover only going halfway and he’s taken that on board which is great. The most important thing for us though and a mistake on our behalf was that we didn’t notice their king beds are made up of two king single beds with a Velcro sticker in the middle — you can see the two bases in the photos if you take a closer look. A friend of mine and his wife have one of those, they find it very comfortable. But hubby and I don’t, we hardly got sleep. So that’s my only warning for those who missed it like us. Otherwise, the location is breathtaking and the gas fireplace is perfection in winter! And everything is off grid, so it’s guilt free!

My parents, sister and her hubby have stayed here before and loved it so they rebooked for the James Blunt concert we attended on the weekend and I must say it was beautiful. Matt was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Sam and Maryanne the owners were both beautiful people and were also very welcoming and gave us the time of day. Sam even started his 98 lotus for my hubby who is a big fan and we got to video it to show our 9 yr old son who loved seeing it when we got home. Great location right next door to the Bimbadgen Estate where the concert was held. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for 2 nights for A Day On The Green. Matt was very helpful and arranged a nice cheese and wine platter for our late arrival. They were perfectly situated for the concert being nxt door to Bimbadgen, and held a nice wine and cheese gathering for their guests prior to the concert. Something I'd only experienced once from a hotel (an invite to chat with the mgr/owner). Would be back there in a heart beat. Will no doubt be our fall back for our Hunter Getaways.

We just loved our room, nice and quiet location, Hotel manager Matt was just awesome. Definitely coming back with our little one.

Recently stayed at H Boutique Hotel. Very nice Hotel, very comfortable with king sized beds in each room. Well off the main road so is very quiet. Certainly will be on our list of places to stay next time we visit the Hunter.

Can't say enough about the friendly staff who went above and beyond during our stay at H Boutique. I highly recommend from the ideal picturesque setting to the perfect accom and fantastic service we most certainly are looking forward to returning.

Hotel sufficient for a weekend away. Tidy and near enough to everything Staff are friendly. Didn't really try the food. The coffee is average. Rooms have a decent mini fridge and the back yard isn't too bad.

Recently stayed (Sept — 2017) at this accommodation in Hunter Valley. Booking was made via mobile and speaking to Matt on the phone clinched the deal. Matt was very pleasant and helpful and arranged a 2 night deal that was just right. Easy to find in a very central location, these villas are quite fresh and of good quality and able to offer a quiet and relaxing setting. The structures are self contained and larger than average and quite private and all offer a view of the countryside. If you are a couple looking for a central location with a private feel to it — of quality … I would highly recommend this accommodation. Lovely welcome by Matt. The property is in a quiet location but well placed for visiting wineries. Excellent value for money, loved the separate sitting area with gas fire which we utilised both in the evening and morning as it was cold. Modern furnishings, spacious. Very comfortable bed. After visiting the Binbadgen winery next door (less than 10 min walk — highly recommend their restaurant Esca), Matt invited us to sit on the veranda outside the coffee/breakfast area to watch the magnificent sunset. People in the adjoining room decided to party mid evening but there was very little noise in our room, must be well insulated, anyway we slept fine.
Would highly recommend, lovely accommodation.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The apartment was really nice & clean. The view from the apartment was just stunning! Management were very friendly and made us feel at home. The place was clean peaceful and so central to so many wineries and restaurants the most comfortable stay I have had in the hunter region. And the host… I literally went to every single place he said. I wanted steak he said blaxland, I wanted Italian he said lilianos, breakfast he said petersons, the best spots ever, not 1 dissapointment he knows his food and places to go to get it. The best stay i've ever had hands down!

What an amazing week we had at the Hunter Valley. Our time at the H Boutique Hotel was incredible, the room exceeded our expectations, with an extra, extra large king sized bed and a wonderful living space, the gas fire place was incredible! We were lucky enough to meet the owner of the Hotel who was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending so many wonderful places to visit. Thank you so much Sam for our bottle of wine! We had a fantastic weekend at the H Boutique Hotel. We sipped wine while watching a family of kangaroos eating outside our apartment. We were very well looked after by Sam and his team. The rooms were clean and modern and all the staff were very accommodating.

Rooms were cosy and comfortable. Everything was provided, and we had issues with our television which was sorted out.

We loved the size of the room. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We sat in our room drinking wine while watching the sunset. Beautiful.

Not really a Boutique Hotel — but good semi self contained accommodation as a base for a great hunter valley adventure. Note the Kitchenette does not have a stovetop or oven (has a microwave oven) Rooms are good size and its quite comfortable.

The place is clean and each self contained house is big enough to easily fit a family. Its quiet and perfect place to relax away from Sydney. The gas fireplace is great and warms the place up in no time It's a little far from anything and you'll need a car to get around comfortably. I'd be good if they offered electric bikes! Overall I'd recommend coming here if you are looking for a quiet getaway in the hunter.

Decent king bed. Clean. Advertised as fireplace but its a gas fire. Bit misleading. Crap gardens. Overpriced. Walking distance to bimbadgen is good. The place needs work on the grounds and marketing to get up to par.
