Spacious and comfortable apartment. Close to amenities, and great as base for exploring other locations. Had an ocean view apartment — view ok. Would stay here again.
What can I say. Well it was an absolute pleasure to stay the people who gave as the room are the best in the business and made sure we was looked after. There is not one complaint about this place and is defiantly my fav holiday go to now every time I'm down here at narooma they are my first port of call for a room I recommend this place to anyone who goes to narooma. the full max score 10/10 and can't wait to get back thank you to all the staff who looked after us through the fires which we was tasked to VRA thank you but we thank you and glad we became friends and met you's.

Worst customer service before I checked in. I booked three apartment for holiday by booking. Com. I spoke directly with Horizon apartment customer service, checked all my details. They send me the confirmation email. Just two days ago before my check in day, they informed me I need to cancel my booking because I live in Sydney and My address is within 15 km from Covid hotspot where NSW gov declare there are no covid hotspot in Sydney before that day. I asked them why they gave me confirmation letter after checking my details. They replied me back that they changed the policy yesterday. How stupid they are, changed the policy by themselves where Gov encourage to travel within the state. I strongly recommended everyone not to booked in here, they gonna spoil your family holiday before that day.
