Lovely meal and service. Could have dusted window ledges and vacuumed, but great anyway.

Older facility but well kept, restaurant had limited menu but everything we chose was excellent and full of delicious flavours.

Loved the room the view was beautiful the bed was comfy and the spa was nice. Couldn't get on to the Wifi the whole 2 nights we were there and the TV dropped out. The pina coladas by the pool were great but the weather turned cool and the pool was freezing. The indoor spa was nice and warm but couldn't get the sauna working. But the most disappointing thing was the couples massage. For $100 each it was not worth it. There was no music and they didn't massage the front side of your legs. We didn't try the food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Service was good but the food let this place down. 4 main meals to choose from, comes in a big plate with a little meal in the middle. Vegetables were still very hard not cooked properly. No sauce with the meal. Over priced for what you getting. This is not traditional Vietnamese food.

The food was great however the chilli chicken lacked the usual sauce. The cooking process was different to what we are used to in other Vietnamese restaurants. The experience and service was great.

Large rooms, great in room spa and massive spa for all guests. Close to everything. Great massages.

There were kids in the pool and people screaming and playing around with balls in the pool at an "Adult only" resort. Our soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were left empty in our room and the air conditioner leaked water. The spa in the room was lovely and the complimentary stuff was nice to. The Wi-Fi was not very good though! The pool was nice and refreshing and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend people to stay their a few days but don't go on the school holiday period.

We have been coming here for years with children and this time we came last weekend and had not been turned away with a 15 yr old son and only yesterday we went with another family only to be turned away as the new managers have new rules and policies. NO FAMILY ENVIRONMENT there were 5 adults and 3 children — so a loss for them of 6 massages! Entry now full price as walk ins (normally half price if buying cocktails drinks and food). On an aveage we would spend $150 on drinks and food. More than any ordinary couple would spend. Totally disgusted. We travelled half hr to get there only to be turned away and they weren't even busy. I noticed a change in the atmosphere and the lack of beauticians and therapists that were no longer there. So they have cut back on great service. Cutting corners is not always the best for a new business. Slack, hopeless and extremely disappointing.

Poor customer service. Rude managers! Room was poorly presented. Definitely would not recommend this hole if you have a family.

Fresh look& feel in the rooms. Spa & pool clean & well maintained. Outside relaxation area around pool very nice with easy access to refreshments. Great value.

Service and room were great. I was very satisfied with everything. Placement of the spa bath in the room was a little odd but was nice regardless.

This place is one of the most popular places in Moama and we always look forward to going back to them. They are a great place to make memories and are very welcoming and friendly. You can have a massage and a spa treatment there that is to die for.

Okay but Very expensive for accomodation only which was out of town on it's own.

Selected at the last minute for an overnight stay, the standard of accommodation was a fantastic surprise. We had a deluxe queen room with a large spa bath in the living room overlooking the forest out the window, and a gas log fireplace inside. The queen bed was super comfy and the pillows were soft yet firm… Made for a great sleep. The room was extremely clean and all in all a great place to stay. The man at the desk (Chin? ) was very helpful with our late booking & check in. Will definately stay again when going that way.

We celebrated my Mother's birthday opening night of the new Vietnamese Restaurant at Madison Spa and Resort. The food, all round, was sublime. The wine selection was fantastic. The service was exceptionally friendly and warm — other Echuca businesses could learn from this restaurant on how to treat their customers. Flavours and quality of produce was fantastic — recommend the rice paper roles, pork belly and beef noodles — and the bill was so reasonable, I was gobsmacked when it came. Also the ambience was lovely. Keep up the good work.

Rooms are fantastic! Love the spa in every room and the view from the second level. Rooms are always clean. Staff are very helpful!

Rooms great the restaurant has new owners that havent started yet so dinner was only ok looking forward to see where the dinning levels are achieved.

Lost its family feel. I used to stay here 3-4 times a year. New owners have taken over, and its seems to more about charging you for every dollar they can on the little things. No electric blankets, rooms are cold. Hd to run the heater all night in winter. Cheap tissues in rooms. Push bikes gone, they were a nice touch to explore the area. Breakfast and dinner menu has lost its flare. Cheap offerings. Pricing has gone up, with less on offer.

Great Spa, amazing pampering packages. Happy hour at the bar is a must. The rooms need new mattress, felt like we were in a quick sand pit.

We stayed at Madison spa resort for a romantic weekend and stayed in the deluxe king spa room. Everything was great, the spa was lovely and relaxing and our bed was comfortable. We also got complimentary breakfast which offered a range of foods and drink vouchers. I was also impressed with Madison's soaps, shampoo/cond in the rooms, they were in dispensers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Nice spot for a getaway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Starting to feel a bit outdated in general areas, needs a facelift. All other facilities are acceptable.

This is a nice Resort. But over priced. We could here the people above us talking an walking around and we definitely could here the spa going which is ok but not at 7am and 9.30pm. We had a gift voucher but didn't take it as it was something that was printed off at home. This was an issue in it's self. The room had no plates or cutlery an we had to ask for a microwave and toaster. Breakfast was very so so unless you ordered from a menu … nothing seemed to get refilled in any hurry and on a busy day if you arrive late for breakfast you may be lucky to get a table. The tiles in our room had cracks in them all the way across. The shower size was very large. Bed was comfortable and road noise minimal.

I would not consider this hotel as a highly reputable place of accommodation. There were multiple issues from the first approach of the room. The car parking areas are not designated to a specific room and so confusion and inconvenience arises as different vehicles are constantly stationary around your room and no extra spots are available. Moving in the room and upon further inspection, the bathroom door lock is not functional and no shower curtain is present to avoid water splash. In relation to the bathroom area, the shower fan is faulty, water continuously flows from the toilet after being flushed, one of the toilet papers do not rip easily and become torn in an unneat manner when forced to detach. The Hand and Body Lotion remained empty the whole duration of stay and no attempt was made to refill it. Additional charges for the use of the microwave is rather unreasonable and no toaster is a slight inconvenience. Pest control must no doubt be improved. Overnight, numerous members were struck by insects whilst sleeping and encountered multiple bites in various parts of the body. Despite the countless negativities the hotel has, the daily service is at a good standard. The bed making, replacement of clean towels and general cleaning of dishes and cutlery were consistent. Priceless time and effort has been taking into the recorded flaws the room and hotel has. High consideration into the various listed issues must be taken in a serious manner.

Been coming here for years and obviously it's now managed by a money hungry vacant. Every thing you get standard elsewhere after you pay $270 a night like spa soap $6, Wi-Fi $20 even a $100 bond and when I say vacant I mean all staff including manager. The pool shuts a 7 pm because there is no staff. And nothing happens till 730 am till the manger strolled in 30 min late as I waited for the early morning bike hire. Won't be long and you will have to drop your price to get anyone back a second time.

Our 5th visit (for another wedding anniversary) and we could not be happier with the excellent service and facilities. The staff have always made us feel welcome and valued. The meals are to die for, worth every cent. We have never been disappointed in any way and that's why we keep coming back, even after moving 800 km away. Now back to the sauna.

My girlfriend and myself had a girls two day weekday break and was very disappointed. We had bought 2 days as a "deal" and we felt that we had been cheated of real service as a result. The room was spacious but there was no electric blankets, no bath robes, and we had a spa in the room but only able to have the "spa balls" if we paid $ 6.00 each for them. The place advertised internet access but we were unable to access it from not only our room but even in the main reception area even though we were told it was available. Breakfast was very ordinary for a four and a half star Motel. Cooked breakfast was cold with the only style of eggs as poached which had a very watery taste to them Second morning did not even bother to eat there. Overall very disappointing would not return.
