Norah Head Holiday Park Campground

Great park with awesome staff, lots of things for the kids to do, close to patrolled beach and rock pool.

Park and facilities good and clean. Close to beach. Some fairly derelict fixed caravans which look awful. Food in the bowling club next door not great, but prices reasonable.

Nice park, busy over Christmas but still enjoyable. Maybe advertise amenities cleaning times so guests know which ones to use and when.

Good facilities but a long walk or short drive to the beach. Bowling club adjacent to camp with great resturaunt. Clean kitchen and rest area. Kids pool is nice.

Very nice holiday park, with a great pool area for the kids. Amenities are clean, there is a great kitchen with fridges, stoves, kettle, toasters… Unfortunately the park is not directly on the beach, you have to walk a good 10 minutes, or drive there if you have to carry lots of stuff, there are 2 carparks.

Great location good access to beach. Sports club next door, surf club short walk away. Nice pool amenities a bit dated but clean and in good working order. Nice size plots.

Great price, great location but they lie about the wireless internet, it's shared between the whole site and I still haven't been able to connect.

Wonderful place for family and friends. Lots of activities and special events for Australia day weekend. Great facilities and cabins. Close to the beautiful soliders beach Highly recommended.

The best part about the park was the friendly receptionist and other guests. The amenities need a good power wash or refurbished. Couldn't tell if the floor in the bathroom was worn down or dirty. The kitchen has good options but was unfortunately quite dirty. This appeared to be from other campers as you could see the actual staff had cleaned. There are a lot of BBQ'S in the site and good areas for dishes.

Originally booked for two nights, ended up booking two more as we loved it here. Dealt with about four different staff at reception, every one of them was friendly, warm amd helpful, as were the maintenance staff. All was very clean, pool was a bit small but really nice. Sports club next door did a lovely value for money steak dinner, there are wonderful beaches in every direction, and locals nice and friendly. Parkland had interesting info boards on local plantlife and there is a nice historical lighthouse you can tour. We will be back!

Driendly staff and patrons, great level of safety on the site for school holidays.

Great facilities, 5 min walk to the beach (through the back of the park), no dog beach close by though (you have to drive about 10 mins), it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Have been staying at NHHP for the last 16 years. Its had its moments but overall 100% love it.

Amenities buildings are old and very run down. Obviously no money is being reinvested into facilities. Value for money is not good, could learn from other parks. Very disappointed as the park does not reflect the ratings shown on adverts. Top Tourist and the Council should pull their socks up.

Playground and pool great for kids. Movies at night were great.

Good amenities, access to pool and cooking area, can pay to access Wi-Fi.

What a great location, lovely leafy bushland setting on a beautiful beach. Good size camp sites, nice amenities. Pool and jumping pillow and movie nights keeps kids happy too. They had a variety of cabins and some cheaper overnight accommodation with shared amenities. Great for travellers. Would live to go back for a longer stay.

I stayed here with my Boyfriend and two of our friends in a tent that we brought prior. We contacted the park to enquire and instantly we were told exactly what we needed to know. It was a bit difficult to find but with a few phone calls to the park and paying more attention we found our way there. When we arrived we were shown exactly where to go and how to get there. The staff that welcomed us were AMAZING. The people we were staying next to were so nice and had so many stories about the park and the beach that's a minute walk out of the side. I believe we were in one of the best locations of the park. The facilities were surprisingly nice. It was beautiful to wake up there with the wildlife and the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks as you fell asleep. Will definately be using this as our holiday location from now on. Absolutely excellent. One of the best experiences I have had.

Norah Head is a beautiful location however our stay was somewhat disappointing due to poor conditions of the park. I am also sure that there are people who have enjoyed their stay at the Norah Head Holiday Park but if you compare Norah Head Holiday Park to other parks such as at Port Macquarie and Kings Cliff on the Tweed Coast, for the same cost, both of these parks offer a higher quality of accommodation and better value for money. Basically the standard of the cabin was poor and when complaining about this, the attitude was one of take it or leave it. In short the cabin was dirty, it smelt damp, fixtures where old and in need of repair and furnishing were torn. Yes sounds bad but make your own mind up.
