The hotel staff were friendly and inviting, I got a room upgrade which was beautiful, overlooking the lake. Thought having the club next door was a great idea for weary travellers who want a quick bite or to watch their favourite team. Enjoyed my stay would come back.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Continental breakfast could do with a bigger selection but for $12.50 it is what it is. Definitely pay the extra for the hotel breakfast. The only issue for me was the room I was in is long overdue for being repainted.

I've stayed at the Ibis on many occasions. The car park is pretty big (I've parked an 8tonne truck there) with security cameras and ample lighting. Rooms are basic smaller with prefab bathrooms and comfortable beds. Saying that though the staff are awesome and I purely stay for that reason. It's pretty convenient to the city and restaurants but mostly I have always been well looked after there.

We stayed at the ibis styles Saturday 3rd march… we paid $140.00 breakfast was not inclusive. The hotel staff we're professional and friendly, rooms were clean and tidy,, overall the room was good. The all you can eat buffet in the diggers club next door was disgusting however. We paid $50.00 for 2 … the food in the buffet had been sitting out for 40 minutes, most of the food containers were emptied and not being refilled by 6pm/6.30. Honestly the worst one I've ever seen or had. I apologized to my wife as she only had a few nuggets on her plate and couldn't find much else. I too returned with inedible noodles on my plate. So bad we will never return to the buffet again… irresponsible and fraudulent to charge full price when a buffet is barren and empty…

It's ok. The things it has going for it is the hotel's proximity to the main attractions and quality food options plus what you really need clean in a hotel room (bed sheets and towels, bathroom). For a modern hotel I was surprised by the lack of room upkeep. Maybe it's not part of their cleaning program. The carpet, walls, furnishings were not clean detracting from the overall hotel stay experience.

I liked the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant accessible via level 2 for dinner or breakfast. I think for that price, you can have a better service somewhere else.

The carpet, walls, furnishings were dirty (think dried split drinks, food and human excretions — no cleaning attempted) detracting from the overall hotel stay experience. The bed was saggy and the pillows were close to its use but still able to sleep. On checking out this morning reception staff didn't even ask me how everything was or even thanked for staying.

Setting good standard this Ibis Styles motel is worth recommending. Reception is efficient and friendly, the rooms, our room at least, was a king with lounge was large, clean and well presented. The motel, I understand has been refurbished and is connected to the Digggers club which we used for breakfast and dinner so that was convenient. Recommended for couples.

Had a small issue with th air con. So we were moved to another room immediately. Great freindly reception staff.

One of the best hotels in the entrance and has free Wi-Fi. Recoment to all…

Awesome staff and facilities. Workers club is next door with a linked entrance. Always stay here when traveling with work and will continue to do so 11/10

The ibis is poorly located, has a horrible view, and the food is bad. It is quiet though.

Love the ibis at the entrance. Staff lovely. Our room with a water view is first class.

I have been charged twice and when I called SARAH the receptionist was not helpful at all she was rude and kept Laughing while I was talking I was so frustrated I said I won't be calling again I will let my solicitor to call you she kept Laughing and said ok good luck. Please be careful going and paying there.

Nice and clean. Having a joining room was the only down side to our stay as the people next to us could be heard all night.

Great location however a little far from the entrance itself. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Staff were friendly room was clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Some of the staff are beautiful caring people the push away bed so uncomfortable and when I asked for additional towels each day from someone I was told no cause it would cost to much each day my disabled wife needs to walk in one on the floor so here Walker and feet don't slip.

Great last minute booking for me and my family we very much enjoyed, and loved the service. Thanks.

The room looked great and the club has a great variety of meals to enjoy.

Good sized rooms and clean. Can unfortunately easily hear people in the next rooms, so not very sound proof.

Nice big clean room, however our bed was a double, not a queen. I had very little sleep on such a small bed. I don't understand why they don't have king beds available?

Very clean hotel with affordable price and very polite staff %90 will come back. bad thing : cleaning services shoud saty for long hours at 12 afternoon there is no cleaning services.
