Review of Terrigal Sails Serviced Apartments 4*

It was a bit disappointed, as I thought by the pictures shown that the apartments where located across from the water. We walked into the room and saw it was small but cute I loved the spa. My husband and I had not been away on a long time and needed a romantic relaxing weekend, some time to ourselves. The room had a spa and air conditioning, which I thought would be great to keep the room warm while we were in the spa as it was a cold late June night. Unfortunately we could not get the A/cond to work, it was getting cold we called reception the girl told us to keep trying and if it didn't work to give her a call, we kept trying but it didn't work, so she brought some batteries along saying it must be the remote, she told us to try and call her if it didn't work. Well it didn't work so she offer us another room with no spa, I asked for a discount she said we could only get one if we stayed where we were, but if we moved there was no discount. We decided to stay we were not going to enjoy the spa either way, the lady said we would get 20% off to tell reception in the morning. The next morning we told another lady in reception, she couldn't do anything without confirming with the lady we spoke to the night before. She left the lady a phone message and told me she would call me as soon as she heard from this other lady which was her boss,,,,, another couple had arrived to reception by this time and told us they had the same problem they were told the same thing by this lady. We will call you. Two days later I am still waiting for a call. I found this apartment through what if. I will call them to see what they can do, hopefully I will hear from them soon, otherwise I will have to contact fair trading. I am pretty disappointed.
