Great little hidden gem! Beautifully appointed rooms — clean and nicely decorated. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help! Highly recommended for a family getaway.

Great location. Easy walk to terrigal Pub, lagoon, beach and town centre. Well appointed kitchen, lounge, bathroom. Very clean. Great attitude and service. Owners are superb! Highly recommend. More of a small boutique resort. Good for adults and families. Pool heated!

My partner and I spent our anniversary here in October, we had such a good time if it wasn’t for work we would have extended our stay! The employees were so lovely and made our stay amazing. We will be back ❤️

Lovely resort, with great outlook over the inviting pool setting and easy access. Very pleasant waterfront walk to main part of town. The owners even went a step further, and retrieved a special earring from the bathroon sink drain, which fell down just after purchasing from local market (on beachfront, lovely merch). Thankyou for my wonderful stay here!

This is the best accommodation we have stayed at on the Central Coast. The rooms and the facilities are all really lovely, the extra touches e. G. Bbq packs and bbq areas are nice, the location is perfect but the service is what is next level. The staff could not do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. There was a big group of us staying and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Looking forward to returning again later in the year.

Just spent 2 nights here and have loved it. Beautiful pool area, rooms clean and modern with a beachy feel. A 12 minute walk into main town Terrigal (easy) and only a 2 minute walk to a beaut hotel with great meals. Looking forward to returning here in the very near future with some friends.

My all time favourite place to stay when I go away. I got engaged here 2 years ago in a stunning room where champagne and flowers were provided, now 2 years later on our honeymoon we have stopped in for one night where we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite at no extra charge and we’re welcomed so lovingly by the staff. The facilities, rooms and atmosphere is so calming and spacious. Highly recommend, we will defiantly be visiting again.

I’ve just returned home from Celebrating my birthday with family & friends at this great retreat! Sue & Danny and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly & helpful! Terrigal Pacific Coastal Retreat was the perfect spot for a bit of R & R after a hectic workload. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool and spa were highlight of the stay, always clean. Looking forward to staying again.

We are enjoyed ourselves over night we did not use the facilities such as the pool spa as it was a favourite place and occupied till close. Wasn't really thrilled with a plague saying to be clean and tidy and leave place as found it! As having to worry about cleaning after ourselves is not Really a Retreat! Above all that. We would recommend this place. Friendly welcome. Informative nice view over pool area and room was very lovely!

Stayed here for work. Arrived late after reception was closed but the owner was still there and came out to greet us anyway with some helpful info about the area. The lights and heater were on in our rooms so it was toasty warm. Rooms were clean and plenty of space with a nice coastal feel. Only downside was a tight carpark but not enough to mark down a star. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

When you need a coast resort, don't have to goto Sunshine Coast (QLD), when you have the most relaxed, amazing place to go in Terrigal. Massive pool and spa. Great rooms! Can't wait for another mates weekend away!

Beautiful rooms, very well equipped, with an awesome view! Staff were lovely and very accommodating, even with our late arrival. Great location, so close to the beach and shops. Couldn't recommend it more!

Pleasant. Nice pool, comfy bed, nice TV with loads of channels. Hot tub too cold for me.

Everything you need for a short stay. Excellent Wi-Fi if you need that sort of communication. Large wall TV with Fox movies and sport included. Air con in room a bit noisy running all night. Adequate kitchen and fridge. Place settings for 4. Small bath with shower over but water hot and fast fill. We could hear small children above us running around. Pool, hot tub and garden looks Excellent.

This place is amazing! I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was spotless and had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond for my family and I.

Great little place just a short walk from Terrigal. Great heated pool and when we were there, they had resident owls!

Great little holiday location — the pool is beautifully warm. A short drive into the main strip. The owners are lovely.

Definitely my go to choice for this area. Sizeable rooms with extremely comfortable beds, sound deadening is amazing once windows are closed, private yet lots of room to mingle. Wi-Fi is good and FREE! Grounds are well kept with a nice pool area. No-party policy is great for keeping things quiet.

Danny and Sue are lovely hosts and the rooms are comfortable with everything you might need.

Had everything we needed. Short walk to terrigal beach and strip. Nice pool. Clean rooms and grounds. Friendly staff. Will holiday here again.

Staff are great and accommodating, the rooms are stunning and we will most definite be back, most likely with kids next time as it's very kid friendly.

Lovely place to stay! Clean and refurbished nicely, it’s so hard to find modern styled places to stay around such coastal towns. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and heated pool and spa were a must every night! Ground floor room looking out onto the pool was such easy access too.

All around the world I travel I come to Terrigal a lot is to stay in the crown let me tell you guys and girls come on site Pacific is an amazing place staff are so friendly rooms are amazing and for the cost trust me.

Ive stayed here several times. Great location. Love the accomodation its comfortable. The have larger apartments for familys as well.

Don't trust the photos. Very bad customer service! You can find a Hotel with this price! No Go!

Rooms are neat and tidy, bathroom is looked after, bed is very comfortable and you're very close to the action. NOTE: They have a big sign up saying strictly no stag or hen parties.

Fantastic place to stay if you are in the Central Coast. Great location with Erina 5 minutes up the road. Staff are very friendly and accommodating — I had a change in plans at the last minute for work and they let me have a late check-out which was very much appreciated. Being family-friendly was also very conducive to a relaxing week as there were no parties or loud music. Room was clean and well stocked — parking was convenient and accessible.

A very well kept place with nice ambiance especially at night, the heated pool and spa ks a nice touch to relax for the weekend. It took a bit of time to find the room though as it was not clear where the 400+ rooms were located. The facilities within the room were quite well stocked with the basic neccessities as well as a laundry so we could do most of the things we needed to do without leaving the room.

Excellent 2 night stay here. Room was clean (confirmed by the strong bleach smell) and had nice furnishings, bed was super comfy, large tv, well equipped kitchenette and the pool was great! Would have stayed longer to enjoy the pool if the weather had permitted! Would definitely stay again.

Book hotel for 2 nights. Hotel was nice but not clean the pool. Was full of bugs and u name it u would find it in that pool an there was a yellow mark going all around the top off the pool the spa was putrid I turn on the bubble and all the Grime came to surface the ground were also very dirty I ask to cancel my second night off stay but was told there no refund by manger I would recommend no stars at all.

Stayed for two nights, started off well due to our late check in and keys were left for us to pick up when we arrived. The pool the next morning was alright — apart from being full of bugs and insects and the water being murky. Would have been nice for the pool to be open a little longer — 9:30pm seems a little early. Customer service needs to be addressed as well — especially when 'housekeeping can't hang around all day to clean the rooms' and 'you can leave the bbq utensils in your room, because as you can see reception is closed'. We were out of there before 9am the next morning.

Nice simple place in a reasonable spot. Nice large telly, good bed, microwave, etc. It's not luxury living but good value.

Good location but strong vinegar smell hard to get rid of — they use it to clean the floors. Room service requires a $10 fee per day which is frustrating. Pool is nice but can get dirty and often has foreign objects floating around… should probably be cleaner.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Clean, great views, the pool is great. Bed super comfy, and staff are great.

Great place to stay! I have often stayed at other motels in Terrigal but found them way to noisy esp on weekends. A friend told me about this place and it was better than I expected. It is about a km or so out of the center of town but has everything I needed including kitchenetts in the room which is great as when I am away for work I get sick of eating out all the time. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms while a little outdated are clean and roomy. The only downside is that they dont offer breakfast but that wasnt a problem as there are so many places in Terrigal that offer a great view and good meals.

Don't stay here, it took us 5 minutes on the mobile to change our booking from 2 rooms for 3 nights to 2 rooms for 1 night and 3 rooms for the next 2 nights — it was nearly impossible for them to understand. Smoke alarm wire hanging out of the roof, a light fitting also hanging down. Then the Cockroaches! When I booked out he also tried to overcharge us an extra $280 — even though I had been given a quote. I stay away a lot — This is the worst ever — I will Never go back, be warned.
