Booked by phone & spoke to a very friendly lady. Booked a pet friendly room. When we arrived late after a drive from Brisbane the key was left in a pre-arranged spot. The room was clean & fresh and very comfortable. The motel is very handy to a beautiful walk along the waterfront. Great place would certainly stay here again.

Pets are allowed, Even a big shepherd! Rooms are beautiful, we got upgraded from the queen to the family room. Very clean and tidy. Air con and Foxtel! Bateau Bay shopping centre close by and beaches about 5 minute drive away.

It is 5 minutes drive to Entrance city and shelly beach. It has friendly staff. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall was good for the price.

So hospitable, such a nice change from the normal. Room was good value seemed to be in process of renovatuon.

We were really happy when we stayed there! Owner is so nice and very friendly. Take our careers and take us to some place. Also they checked our pick up service and im really happy. And I must book more when I get there! And good location and Wi-Fi. Hot water. Everything they have! I recommend!

You have to admire the proprietors of this little motel — quiet seriously! My wife and I recently spent three weeks at this humble little motel and we couldn't be happier with the Cleanliness, Facilities and Friendly service. Folks! Rarely do motels and hotels provide "above & beyond" services to their guests these days — but here at the Buccaneer Motel — NOTHING is too difficult. The motel is also well positioned with a short stroll to walking paths on the Tuggerah Lake foreshore, great for puppies and for getting the heart pumping in the morning :) But also close to a Variety of food outlets including Pizza, Subway, Various Chinese and Thai Restaurants, Fast Foods and just a few km's to The Entrance. We'll be back, and next time we'll bring our puppy! We happily recommend The Buccaneer Motel.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Clean and convenient to everything. Staff were also helpful. Accommodation serviced it purpose.

I booked online on wotif and when I arrived (at 9.30pm) was told by an annoyed staff person that reception was closed and I oughtn't have booked! Um… welcome?! Wotif told me I could book in until midnight and order breakfast. When I asked to order breakfast I was scoffed at like I ought to know that they no longer offer breakfasts despite what Wotif says. On top of the rude staff I was woken by my neighbours having a foulmouthed domestic through the thin walls.

Had a booking here, turned up at the time we had booked for 4.30pm, to find no one at the reservation desk (during their written business hours with the office locked) tried calling the number that was written as a contact, to have it ring out a bunch of times. (Should probably have a voicemail if you are trying to run an actual business) Waited around for an hour trying the number again to no avail. At least 3 other guests turned up during the time we waited, and gave up as well. We understand that emergency's do happen if that is the case, but it is really poor form in running a motel to leave people waiting with no answers or other emergency contact. Would not stay here if I was paid.

Great experience lovely accommodation very inviting staff are awesome very helpful. My first time staying here will definitely be back again. Special mention to the lady who works there didn't get her name thanks so much for all your help.

Was clean and tidy. Comfy bed and had everything we needed for a pleasant overnight stay. Employees are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Close by great places for dinner and a short drive to the entrance main beach.

I stayed here for about a week and all the staff, especially Andy the owner and Robyn the manager, were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I was safe and had what I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are really nice, the beds are amazing to sleep in. Andy has been doing renos to make this place top notch. It is worth every penny! I would recommend The Buccaneer Motel to everyone! Thanks for everything, guys.

Friendly welcoming and supportive owner and staff, clean rooms family friendly, kitchen with all cooking utensils. Would come and stay anytime my favourite motel on the central coast.

We enjoyed staying in this motel. Friendly staff. Room is very comfortable. My kids love this place it's accessible in everything that you need, near to beautiful beaches and shops. And most of all it's really affordable.

Great place, staff extremely friendly & helpful, very clean rooms, quiet & comfortable. Helped I'd enjoy stay in Long Jetty with family.

Lovly staff beautiful clean rooms with a great kitchen very soft beds area is great no noise outside just peace and quiet will recommend to everyone 5 stars.

Room was filthy, people came in when I wasnt here and threw my stuff on the floor, there were holes in the wall so people could here what I was saying in the next room and the people next to me were telling the owner everything thing I did even when I went to the kitchen. Theres no outdoor pool or kitchen in the rooms theres only a microwave and toaster flilled with bugs. Probably the worst place ive ever stayed and ill never recommend it anyone it isnt even child friendly.

Staying here currently the room is so clean, and very comfortable Highly recommend this place.
