Beautiful place to stay nice people the owners are.

Excellent location with a great grassed bbq area. Although our room booked was budget and very small it was exceptionally clean and provided us with an excellent accommodation for our overnight stay with our two fur baby’s in tow.

2 minute drive to the the main street of Ballina.

Great Room for the price. The Bacon and Poached Egg Breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Good to see an old motel spruced up by the new owners, and a great job on the gardens.

Pet friendly & so close to everything in town. Managers/ staff are awesome. Makes us feel welcome to have a home away from home during our stay. We love it & our lilltle Pomeranian George loves it too.

Nice enough place to stay if you just need a room and a bed.

Older style motel, but clean and comfortable. Walking distance to middle of town, restaurants and hotels. Econical, pleasant owners.

Economical but has all the usual facilities. Air con is not the best but customer reception is good.

For the price and location we found this place to be excellent value. Although some things a little dated, it is a big room, very clean and very comfortable. Grant was very helpful with our late check in. We would stay here again for sure.

The Motel is close to the shops, and in a beautiful town. It has it's own parking, and is clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and functional. It's not a fancy place by any means, but it is quite a comfortable place to stay for a day or a few.

Really nice couple who run it, they were kind to the children & the man dropped us off at the airport.

The smoke free room was clean and neat. The customer service was exceptional and hassle free. Best budget place to stay in Ballina. Family friendly. I would stay here when I visit Ballina again.

Cheap and gloomy. Lovely lady behind the desk but the rooms are a bit tired and knackered. Good for one night if on a budget.

Exactly what we both needed a warm bed and a hot shower after a long day of driving, very clean room, if we're ever back this way again we would definitely stay here again.

I am here at the moment and have had the best sleep in a long time. Really nice people and room was basic, but very clean and comfortable. Has all the amenities for a night or two.

Really friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable stay although maintenance could be improved for example: — more towels issued — sheets changed more frequent — vacuum more often — more toilet paper and bin changes — a more thorough clean in general putting aside these issues I still really enjoyed my stay.
