Biggest tastiest lamb cutlets I have ever had! My family and I were passing through and thought we would stop for a decent feed somewhere. This place was nice and the meals did not disappoint! My son had a chicken snitzel. Could not eat it all as it was massive! It actually looked like the whole chicken breast was butterflied! Wow. Glad we stopped here! Cheers Lithgow Workies.

Good venue for a quick cheap family night out. There is a kids room if you want some time off. Big enough for your next event, with function rooms downstairs, and a hotel attached. Plenty of parking out the front.

Small enough to enjoy. Large enough with a great function area. Went to a wedding here and was pleasant.

I was in Lithgow for a couple of nights on a business trip and this place was recommended. All in all I would recommend staying here Accom: Ask for a room away from the road and preferably upstairs. Evening Meal: I had sirloin steak that was cooked perfectly. Breakfast: $20 for a hot brekkie buffet, and not much to choose from. Plenty of breads, cereals and fruit though.

Did not use the Motel, I was a little disappointed with the Workers, I have used there restaurant before and it was always good. I brought a visitor up from Sydney on a day out, stopped at the Lawson bakery on the Highway for morning tea, best snail buns in the world. At the Workers I had the roast of the day, the meat was great but only just warm as was the meat the other two in the party were also disappointed in there meals which were just warm except for there chips which were piping hot. So a long trip from Sydney for lunch was very disappointing.

Great place for a nice (rather large) meal, cold beer and a win on the pokies.

Great spot, the rooms are joined to the club so no traveling if you have too many drinks.

Really great big tasty burgers, chips and milkshakes for the family, at a reasonable price too. Coffee not so great though.

Great location. New accommodation. Had my small wedding reception there. Fantastic staff and the best prices in the district. Highly recommended for reception venue.

The hotel is new with clean, modern rooms, and we were provided excellent service. Friendly staff, good food huge portion served in the club. The Esk restaurant is closed for winter but you can have breakfast for $20 buffet style. We were very satisfied and happy with our choice we made for Lithgow over Katoomba :)

We loved this place. The room is really nice, has all the amenities and coffee and tea. We had dinner at the club and enjoyed a live music. Everything is pretty new.

To be honest, I had not expected much from a motel in a town as small as Lithgow. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Reception staff walked us to our room and to the car park. The rooms are very modern and have everything that you would expect. Bathroom has a night light, i. E. A small motion-activated light under the sink so you do not need to turn on the main light (and with it the quite noisy bathroom fan) when you have to go at night. There are many spare towels and soaps. They even provide you with a small vanity kit and a sewing kit. Rooms are equipped with a sofa, small table, chairs, table, and a desk. Much more than I am used to from other motels. We didn't eat in, so I can't comment on the bistro. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment. We had minor difficulties locating the entrance as it is a bit hidden at the side of the building and all the visible entrances were locked telling you to go to the lobby entrance.

When my husband said that he had booked our room in Lithgow at The Worker's Club I wasn't very impressed BUT I was so pleased he did. The room was very clean and the attention to detail was really impressive. There were extra towels, complimentary water and the most beautiful little scented soap cubes that were delightful. I didn't have to ask for extra sugar, my husband has four sugars in his tea, just catered for our every need. The bed was comfortable and there was very easy access to the club and the food eateries. The food was really good and the staff were excellent right down to walking us to our room on arrival, thanks Jannella (I think that was your name). I truly hope you keep up the good work, we stayed in a lot of places on our trip but yours was a true stand out, so good. I/we have already recommended your Motel to two of our friends who have booked in and we will be back.
