Stayed one night in a double room, was very spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the staff super helpful and friendly. The only downside is the distance back into the heart of Leura of you don't have a car and rely on walking. Can highly recommend this hotel for the price!

This is a nice, quiet environment. The location is a bit remote, however. Have to rely on taxi if you travel at night. Also, dinners are not served on weekdays. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good place for breakfast, all you can eat for $15 per person, pleasant surroundings, friendly staff.

The resort is very affordable yet service and facilities are of a higher standard than the charges would suggest.

Nice quiet, slow or no one present at reception or to be found. Water pressure in shower is low, games room fun but small. Pool very cold. Beds comfy and nice carpets. Outdoor carpets too which is nice for barefooting about.

Went a wedding g and stayed on the weekend, breakfast was delicious and staff are very friendly. Family room was very spacious and fitted our three small kids and two adults easily… Highly recommend the Gardens for a lovely weekend stay! And as a great wedding venue!

Rooms were spacious and clean, the gardens are lovely and well maintained and the complimentry breakfast exceeded my expectations. The pool also looked inviting and the gardens were beautiful and peaceful. The dinner resturant also very well maintained but the meal options were limited.

My wife and I and our 6month year old son stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! The resort was really close to all the look outs, hikes and scenic world. The staff was really helpful and polite which we really appreciate. The place was well groomed and looked after. The best part of our staff would have to be the buffet breakfast! Lol maybe the only downfall of stay would have to be the Wi-Fi. It wasn't too bad but it would cut out every now and then but other than that, my little family loved it! I would highly recommend it and would also return if we were to travel out those ways again!

Place is good, rooms are a bit old and the matress was terrible (you can hear the springs inside having their own party). However the most anoying thing was a blue light coming from the Wi-Fi access point in the room. If you have a light a sleep, I recommend you get a sleeping mask). Breakfast is alright, pool is also ok and they have a billard and a table tennis room for those days you are so tierd you don't want to step out the resort.

Very hospitable service in the dining area. We didn't stay there, just had coffees as we were exploring the Leura Gardens in the festival up there and I must say they have beautiful gardens plus they had a choir singing just below the restaurant in the gardens. Lovely.

Great place to stay. Fairly modern rooms with plenty of space to move around. Function room was fantastic. Staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

It's in Laura Town. Great location But if you're late, the room keys will be directly in the mailbox in front of the counter.

We live in the winter Waldorf Garden Resorts triple room. The room is not big, but there is a warm and cold frequency air-conditioning, bathroom also has heating, feel very comfortable. Bathroom free shampoo, conditioner and body wash are very easy to use. Breakfast buffet style, the food is not very rich, but the restaurant environment comfortable. Reception's staff is very friendly. The surroundings are quiet and have a garden. Resorts, table tennis and other facilities are available, which is a very suitable place for vacation.

Reasonable price. Rooms have been modernized and are pretty good standard. Service from staff is very good. Parking can be a bit difficult when the place is full.

Very friendly and serene location, close to all the sites of the Blue Mountains. Room has plenty of space, but could do with lounge chairs for relaxation. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes drive from most tracks. Rooms are decent, clean with air-conditioning/heating including inside toilet and extra linen provided if needed. Also free Wi-Fi in rooms and stable hot water.

Set in the picturesque Blue Mountains, the resort is only minutes away from many lovely bush walks and beautiful gardens. Breakfasts are a big feast in the main dining area at very reasonably priced.

Lovely venue for a wedding. The night ran smoothly and the room was well setup.

We have enjoyed a warm good 5 nights hospitality in Leura Gardens resort this month. Excellent location, very pretty gardens near the historic village. Very good value and hospitality — nice place to stay in the Mountains.

We found the hotel staff and the accommodation great and could not fault the service in any way. The reception desk staff were always most pleasant, advise us which made our stay more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the time and effort. Very good location — peacfull and secured and in a great gardens setup. Excellent value for money and free Wi-Fi and very nice cooked breakfast. I would like to thank you again for our great stay with you and will certainly recommend your hotel to anyone. Should need to return to Blue Mountain myself.

We booked this hotel in Katoomba for a family getaway to celebrate my partners birthday. We were not not disappointed, this hotel is in a fantastic location in Leura with breathtaking views of the area, the hotel takes you back in time with it well kept surroundings and authentic old fashion furnishings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I was very pleased with the free Wi-Fi service and breakfast. Resident Pianist. I am now planning my return in winter time for some, fireplace and more wine! Loved.

We found the location very beautiful, quite and good for a safe family holiday in the Blue Mountains. Very suitable, clean comfortable accommodation at very attractive rates for family stay. Free fully cooked breakfast and Wi-Fi included. We had a good family stay.

We stay at Waldorf and disliked it. These are the reason why: The room was very dark and dungeon-like and had a musty smell as though it had not had air flowing through it for days The mini bar had no price list and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. Its almost like everybody who had stayed in the room had fingered the chocolate bars, as you could feel they were all broken Advertised was free Wi-Fi. However our room had no reception at all so Wi-Fi out of the question There was mildrew on the ceiling in the bathroom and the toilet paper roll was a quarter full The pool table on the billiards room was unfit to even play on. It had ripped felt and damaged pool balls On the plus side the buffet breakfast was delicious but even so, not worth the stay.

Beautifull location in Leura — the Blue Mountains. Set in a nice garden setting and provide very friendly hospitality at very reasonable costs. We had a nicely refurbish unit with nice view over the pool and the golf course. Nice fully cooked breakfast was provide as well as free parking and Wifi. Great Mountains escape.

We had a great time wandering in the massive hotel gardens and we all loved the included buffet breakfast.
