We absolutely loved our stay at Parklands Country Garden & Lodges, and will definitely be back. The staff are superb, and a huge asset to this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and intimate. The hotel host called me on the way up to ask our estimated arrival so that they could turn on the fireplace for us, which was a delightful touch. The property is beautiful and very picturesque. If you visit, be sure to go for a walk around the lake, and take some photos, it's beautiful. The only downfall here is the breakfast, and lack of options. It's more of a 3 star breakfast. Everything else was really great though, including the spa.

Wonderful location, superb accommodation, great gardens and dining room. Upstairs apartments have great views, cozy fireplaces, two person showers.

We went to the parklands for a Christmas in July weekend. We chose it because it had a bit of a separate sitting area and a gas fireplace. We really enjoyed our time but there are a few things that people should know. (We stayed in a garden view room by the way). The hotels Wi-Fi is capped at 512 kbps and there is a 1 gb a day limit. This is pretty poor in the day of unlimited high speed. The garden view was fine but both staff and guests trudge through within meters of our room and everyone has to look in don’t they? The mini bar was not restocked while we were there. Perhaps the biggest issue is that other than breakfast it appears there is no lunch or dinner available at the resort. Reception closes at 8:00 as well. If you know what you are getting than go for it as it is a pretty nice (I’d say 4 star) resort for an affordable price.

Room was very nice we stayed in an upstairs room. Staff were very friendly and lovely breakfast.

Everything about this hotel is a dream. Wonderful, polite, kind staff, incredible HUGE rooms that are so beautifully clean and tidy surrounded by the most gorgeous gardens. Breakfast is fantastic, views are amazing, the spa is to die for. This place is as close to heaven as you can get. My partner and I have been here twice now, and I literally cannot wait to come back.

Great little spot. Stayed a night here as a couple. The cottages are set in a nice acreage with beautiful trees. Colours looked great in autumn. You can wake up to autumn colours by your window with an in room fireplace too. Breakfast was good, not great and the Bed could be better. Overall good spot, rooms and would recommend if price is not an issue.

I wanted to keep this place a secret but it's really good that I was compelled to share. This is Blue Mountains r&r. Its peaceful and derene. The garden is gorgeous on an autumn day. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and super accommodating. Eric and Marcus really looks after everyone. Breakfast was delicious, they have continental also hot to order. I had the garden omellette the eggs were fluffy. I can't wait to come back. I don't even want to leave.

My bf and I stayed here for 2 nights and everything from the service to the buffet breakfast was well worth more than 5 stars. We initially had problems with our fireplace as we couldn’t get it started, but after making a quick call to reception, Eric was there to help us. He got the fireplace working and it made the experience that much better. I highly commend all the staff at parklands country garden and lodge for all their efforts and making the stay an unforgettable getaway. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay and can’t wait for our return.

We spent two nights in a loft room and it was incredible. The room itself was spacious and private, with a nice view of the trees from the high windows. The path to the room was nice, through some trees and when we first entered the room there was some music from the TV with information about the site (and others). We had breakfast both days, one of those days we were able to order a meal from the menu which was great, the coffee was also really good. Both mornings we had a fabulous view of the garden. The main staff member we talked to, who assisted us was Marcus and he was fantastic, as with all staff on site. Super friendly and happy to help, the staff help make the stay more enjoyable. The only downside was the internet, you are provided with 1, 000MB of downloads per 24 hours, compared to hotels of similar level in Sydney this is not great. I hope this changes (still 5 stars though! )

Parklands has great service, very friendly and welcoming staff, the room was clean and tidy and very well presented. Our stay here was certainly 5 stars, will definitely be returning again. It’s nice and close to the center of town and beautiful views towards Govetts Leap lookout.

Great room with nice scenery. Food was pretty good as well, which was at its sister's venue the wintergarden. Once again, absolutely divine location and amenities.

Although charming in a manufactured way, the venue definitely appears to have been developed to a strict budget. The Wi-Fi offering is also woefully inadequate. The staff are friendly, though, and the food was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the apartment clean, apart from some grime on the door frame.

We stayed at Parkland recently and it was wonderful. The staffs were very helpful. Thank you Marcus you have made our stay super special. The room is well maintained and clean. Keep up your good work. We will definitely return.

Excellent. We staged in a loft room. The fireplace was already lit when we arrived and the room was toasty and warm. The room itself was spotless and deliciously cosy. We had a lovely walk around the gardens in the morning. Only downside is they don't do dinner (only breakfast). Otherwise this stay would have been perfect.

A great find. It is not cheap but is value for money. The rooms are huge, well decorated and very comfortable. I loved the gas fire which looked good and was easy to use. The grounds are lovely too, especially in autumn when the colours are spectacular. We were only passing through this time but may well return for a weekend.

I give it 5 stars, the loft room is fantastic. Your private staircase, awesome design with your own fireplace, a nice Julian balcony, it is the most cozy accommodation I have been to date. Definitely worth all the penny.

Stunning garden views, roomy loft and kind service.

My husband & I absolutely LOVE Parklands! The grounds are absolutely immaculate & stunning — a nature wonderland. The accommodation is cozy with a natural fireplace (the best) and in beautiful surrounds. We got to bring our baby with us last time and we had the time of our lives! The fresh air & sounds of nature are so revitalising — the hardest part was leaving! Such a romantic Blue Mountains hideaway.
