Town and country Motel is an excellent location! Close to great eatery’s, major shopping centres, public transport and train stations. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help and the rooms are huge! The motel also has a nice pool for afternoon dips when the weather is hot! Would definetly stay here again!

Great location and motel for a short stay. Our room had everything that we needed and the location is really convenient to get to the city, shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Old funishings.
bathrooms dated.
Air con doesnt work.
Hair dryer blew smoke.
Light globes missing.
Oh yes the carpet deodorizer overwhelming asked cleaner not to put it on our room.
Wont be going back overpriced no value for money.

My mate locked me out of my room, spent the night on the floor. 1/10 wouldn't bed with him again.

Oh my god most horrible place in the world! my phone fell under my bed and I go to reach it with my hand and get pricked by a dirty syringe! now I have to get a test for hiv or hepitatis. Will be sueing them if I caught something. Also everyone smokes here and I even caught one of the house keeping staff smoking outside a room with the door opened, on the first day $30 was stolen from my wallet I left inside and pretty sure was cleaner because by coinsidence was same one I saw smoking so obviously she shouldnt be allowed to have this kind of job. Pretty sure I overheard her name being helen. Also neighbours must be on that ice stuff because all I have heard is disturbing sexual sounds coming from downstairs and I thought upstairs would be more quiet. Never going back there again. Iam at the comfourt inn up the road and its much better. Atlesst theres no dirty syringes.

Room had been smoked in, smoke alarm covered by a bag, stunk and bathroom had not been cleaned. Run down, grotty and overpriced.

This place needs to have uniformed security guards 24/7 day and night shift guarding the premises they don't have not even one. My room was broken into and my property stolen. I was told cctv footage will be checked. I havent got any information of that being done. I haven't had any letter of apology.

Old n starting to look a bit run down. But clean and tidy. Swimming pool but no Wi-Fi.

Where do I start I would never recommend this motel Its outdated decor in rooms is 50 years behind Walked into room with large wet patches in 4 places no idea what it was. Shower had black mould all over it Powerpoint in bathroom was just waiting to electrocute someone it was broken and falling off Floors around beds werent vaccuumed as I walked over broken up chocolate and wrappers Worse motel I have ever stayed in.

Don't have a problem with it being an old hotel but the tea pot in the bedroom still had tea in it from previous occupants and wasn't cleaned, tried washing for my use but couldn't stand the smell oozing out from the stuffy pot.

Stayed here a few times over the past 2 yrs and found the owners to be very helpful and accommodating. Always clean and fresh and the location is handy to public transport as well as local shops and take aways up the road.

The chair in our room was broken
Bathroom floor is down right dangerous when wet
A bath mat might help guys
This place is urgently in need of renovation or a wrecking ball.

A bit overpriced I think. Not happy that we actually had to ask for a net and clean out the leaves and rubbish from the pool just so we could enjoy it. Not great safety leaving the "baricoda cleaner" in the pool at all times, the hoses are a nuisance. If your going to have a pool on your premises you should look at keeping up with the maintenance of it and it's surrounds. Walking through over grown bushes to get in the gate isn't a nice feeling.
Bathrooms need a bit of loving shown to them, after 1 shower there was water all over the floor which resulted in my daughter slipping up banging her face on the shower floor. Reported this reception.
But… Huge thumbs up to all the cleaners! They all looked ran off their feet and do a fantastic job cleaning and making up the rooms. Room 17 (27-28nov)
