Magnetic Island Hotels

I was unsure where to stay on Magnetic Island, however Tropical Palms Resort ticketed all the boxes. A quieter park of the Island but with the Brewery, cafe and pub less than 4-minute walk away.

Was a great weekend. The friendly owners welcomed us when we arrived and asked everytime they saw us if there was anything we needed. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We even ended up extending for an extra night although we had planned to stay for only two.

We spent a nice weekend on Horseshoe Bay. Deb at the true north B&B is very friendly to us. The breakfast was fantastic with good quality and fresh fruit!

Great location — only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants along horseshoe bay. The room came with a small kitchenette set up (sink, microwave, cutlery) and a mini fridge with coffee/tea.

Stayed here only one night but it was amazing! The room was lovely and clean, as well as the shared toilets and kitchen, the place is very big and surrounded by nature.

Exceptional location close to The forts walk (we spotted 2 wild koalas), bus stop (only 10 min bus ride to the ferry terminal) and Horseshoe bay.

Stayed here for 3 nights in early November 2025 and loved our stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience, beautiful glamping tents which have been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Lovely pool and great location. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights and were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was tastefully and luxuriously decorated and furnished.

Both Myself & My partner had an absolutely amazing stay at Peppers Resort, Magnetic Island. The room was well presented and most certainly comfortable and clean.

Our stay at Magnetic Island Nomads started off a bit rocky, as we were originally booked into a dorm room with our travel group.

Just wow! This is for sure the most beautiful hostel I ever stayed in. Wake up, open the door, look straight a the ocean. The sanitarys where fine aswell and the pool is great.

Services were limited over Christmas.

Such a magical place full of wildlife, fauna and beautiful mountain views!

I really enjoyed my stay here! As a solo travelling girl, I felt completely safe.

I had a great time here, it felt like a home with the cute dog and small hostel vibe.
Kitchen and amenities were always clean.

I just arrived at this hotel and had a great first impression. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained.

We spent four days in this wonderful B&B on Magnetic Island, which is located a 15 minutes walk to Horseshoe Bay where you find some lovely restaurants and cafés and a beach.

This was the best accidental booking ever! The location is just off the beach, the villa had everything we needed, and the hosts were so lovely and so helpful.

Had a fantastic stay at Serenity earlier this month. Very spacious, spotlessly clean unit with great amenities and helpful and friendly staff.

Bathrooms are small and bedrooms and other roo. S, are a good size. Nice pool area and the place is kept clean including the pool.

Had such an amazing stay at Island Palms Resort! Highly recommend this place!
