A horrible stay to say the least. The floors are made of cheap material, so while kids run up and down the hall way at 10pm at night, nothing is done by management.

Was absolutely appalled by my stay, the people there are horrible, the management do nothing about any of the terrible things going on. The area is not very clean and all the rooms have mold. This is disgusting especially if you have vulnerable people. Please reconsider how you treat your guests and your property. I have made a formal complaint to health and safety as I just think none of it is safe, healthy or hygienic at all.

Absolutely ridiculous place. They let people feel unsafe in their own space, there’s constant smells, loud noises, people are constantly having visitors that are not handled and the management allows poor behaviours of other clients which results in clients leaving out of fear. Although the owner seems nice she definitely is way too lenient on the property and it’s allows it to become a free for all, when they have younger individuals there. Honestly wouldn’t recommend for anyone it needs to be shut down.

As a solo-traveller, I recently stayed at this wonderful place. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, making it an ideal environment for focusing on my studies throughout the week. The convenience of the vending machine (life-saver) was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. The hotel is super close to Distillery Road market which I highly recommend for good food. I would defininitely return if I have chance. Sweet and see ya.

Nice little spot to stay about mid way between Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Place is sort of a cross between a back packers and an apartment style. Rooms are very clean and they provide the usual shampoo, etc. Beds are comfortable.
Place has a community kitchen area (also have in room kitchenette) and pool table and a hydro spa outside.
Only minor drawback I had was that the hallway was noisy and you could hear everyone walking past at all times.

Facilities were all very new so everything was spotless and clean. There were a few nice extras in the community room like a PS5 and pool table.
The receptionist on site was very attentive and was able to check us in early in the morning instead of late in the arvo.
The oven on site was missing cooking trays when we were there, but was informed they were still on order as it was only recently installed.

Tee went above and beyond when I needed to book a last-minute room from out of town for 2 family members. They loved the property and felt very relaxed and safe.
Walking distance to shops, great facilites, excellent security, and caring, helpful staff. Thank you very much.

Place is extremely dodgy and run extremely poorly. Would rather stay I caravan park than this place.
