The Manager went out of her way to ensure we were accommodated and had everything we needed. Since our first stay we have become frequent visitors purely for the way we are treated and looked after by the lovely housekeeping ladies during the week and in house management (I'm not sure she ever stops working, she deserves a pay rise after seeing some of the guests she has had to deal with at all hours of the night sometimes) Thankyou to The Staff for your kindness, my son loves the little Biscuit Packs with the complimentary Tea && Coffee in the rooms.
The only thing that can be really bothersome at times is the Internet connection is terrible when trying to use the Wi-Fi, 90% of the time I can connect to their Wi-Fi but there is no actual internet connection.

The room was clean and tidy. It was close to a busy road but ear plugs were supplied. We would have appreciated a couch.

Really thankful to have found this place. Late check in was exceptionally easy. The hotel is slightly aging and in a busy industrial/residential area but highly recommend. The place was very tidy, quiet and well sound proofed. It felt safe and secure and was exactly what we needed for a night whilst doing some business. Thanks so much, we will be back.
