Kippa Ring Village Motel

If l could give 0 stars for the room l would. It smelled of stale cigarette. Yet no smoking allowed in rooms. The couch had crap all over it the floor wasn't cleaned. Dont use the kettles there was black stuff in ours. There was hair in the bedding when l told management of this she tried to tell me that she has another lady cleaning while she is recovering from surgery. I explained the build up of grime is months possibly yrs worth. She didn't have anything to say. Now the bathroom. I ran toilet paper over the seat and it comes up black the floor was filthy with built up grime the cold water in the shower wasn't working. The Wi-Fi connection was bad not that's important but when you have an autistic child it's important. The charge was $180. I was desperate l needed sleep urgently won't be staying again.

This motel was in a convenient location for us but we wouldn't choose to stay again. The guy running it was helpful and friendly but the rooms are quite run down and there seemed to be a lot of families living there. There were a lot of people sitting outside smoking and drinking and children running around. The swearing and yelling continued until at least 10pm so it wasn't a good experience for us.

All I know is room 11 is cozy as hell. Set the ac to 25 heat. Set and forget for days of YouTube and Netflix marathons. Owners are straight up which is nice. If the other rooms are just as good it can't be too bad.

Stayed one night, charged $160 cash, and arrived at 8pm. Told had luxury suite, Netflix, Wi-Fi, Stan, all available, also Milk in fridge. The room at first seemed ok. The bathroom was quite gross, shower floor black, which I could remove with the very, very used scourer. We moved the bed, and there was a cheezel on the floor and a tonne of dust. The air-conditioning blew dust out when we turn it on, dirty dishes supplied and surprise, No Milk or Netflix or anything else. I approached the lady to try and show her the state of the room, she wasn't very interested, less interested in talking about a discount, or responsibility, or even she may have a word to her cleaners. She cried, then tried to imply I was racist until I said I, too, have coloured skin. She told me to write my review and walked away.

Clean cheap great location.
2bed room unit with laundry facilities undercover parking.
Next door to service station for drinks and snacks last minute.

Got same room with broken sink tap as review 2 months ago, no maintenance. Had no sleep due next door guests swearing, fighting all night, owners did nothing. Wouldn't stay again!

Worst service in a motel especially for someone who was escaping DV and paid almost $4000 for 3 weeks for no usable Wi-Fi, no management skills caring enough customer service to search the premises at night to assure there isn't any looters walking around etc. They would rather let junkies and inconsiderate guests stay then someone who kept to themselves and paid a massive amount to stay safe and also moves 2 hrs to do so just to told to leave for absolutely no reason.
The pool was never cleaned was almost gangrene like and caused skin irritations disgusting unkempt not suitable for guests.
Would not recommend worth $2 a night not $200 had to go to hungry jacks to use their Wi-Fi was that bad.
Should not be in buisness very abusive and demanding banged on my door and yelled at me because they couldn't wait 2 hrs for payment as I was sick.
Should be shut down.

Great little motel, rooms are clean and new floors. Staff are very lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It does cater to contractors but they are up and gone early and I wasn't disrupted at all. Would definitely stay again.

Beware! I was expecting the 3 star experience of an ageing regional motel, but this place is a dive and my room was a disgrace. The main room looked clean enough (although very knocked around and with bedside lights that didn’t work, no second pillow etc. Etc. ) but the bathroom was a disgrace. Chipped and cracked tiles, chipped shower base, and a toilet that had not been flushed, suggesting that it hadn’t been cleaned either.
The room wasn’t serviced, and the very limited budget-brand tea/coffee supplies not replenished during my second day.
Having said that, I got an envious glimpse into a neighbours room which looked positively glorious by comparison — mine was a Queen, so maybe try for a King room if you must stay here.

My partner just stayed here. He couldn't speak highly enough of the managers Lloyd & his wife & would like to publicly thank them for their hospitality. The room was very clean & conditions were great. He definitely will be back if working again in that area.
