Great rooms, amazing host and staff. Location is a bit far from the beaches and main city. But if you are driving then it's all close by.

Great value. Rooms really comfortable and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful and extremely accommodating as I was having to check in after hours. Definitely recommend staying here.

Whilst this motel is a little further out of the way, it is still positioned well (near shops etc) and it was clean and tidy. Being an older motel, its rooms were of a good size and they were clean.

A fantastic spot for a couple. Quaint well appointed cottage with BBQ & under cover entertaining area. Under cover parking for motorcycle.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better park experience.

We love staying here, we are always well looked after, the grounds are immaculate, the service is excellent, we always feel like this is our second home, thats why we will always keep coming back.

Stayed here for 3 weeks for work while we secured a permanent accommodation. Shabi, the manager was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

Great location. Large bathroom, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Carpet needed cleaning or replacing, but everything else was excellent.

The Elm Tree Motel was a fantastic stay and exceeded expectations. The room was very well presented with a thoughtful layout that made it feel comfortable and easy to settle into.

Very clean rooms and newly renovated rooms.

We loved our stay here back in January and wish we could have stayed longer. The kids also loved it. Clean and tidy plus lots of facilities like a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave.

One of the most cleanest motels in have ever stayed at. The bed was made to perfection as it was so good I didn't want to sleep in it. We'll done Rob and the most polite cleaners.

For the budget — this motel is a gem.
Rooms are servicable and clean. In room facilities were great.
Service — 5 star. They contacted me prior to arrival with the entry information.

Good place to stay. Just the walls are thin. If you have a noisy neighbour you can hear everything especially at night.

From the moment I drove into the property I noticed how well maintained and tidy the property was. The room was large with an updated bathroom, separate toilet and perfectly made king size bed.

Stayed one night at the Mid City. Room was spotlessly clean, carpet obviously freshly vacuumed. Bed linen looked new. Bed was very comfy. No problem with noise.

Right in the middle of the city yet very quiet. Safe and tucked away parking. Lovely character villa with modern conveniences, very comfortable and well presented.

Has everything you need and a good amount of space. Quiet. A few little things like roaring exhaust fans and a tired couch and no fly screens. Aside from that it's great.

Great accommodation in warrnambool, clean, tidy, close to town. Easy check in. Off street parking. If this place is available when I go down, this is my go to place to stay.

Me and family just had a pleasant one night stay! there’s 24/7 cafe near the motel so we can get any stuff that needed. It’s clean even though the room wasn’t big as its picture.
