Rainbow Trail Chalets

Had an amazing couple of nights here. The view is stunning and it was clean. Such a relaxing nice stay. Highly recommend and will be back.

Fantastic experience on all fronts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of the world.
The chalet was immaculate, warm, well equipped with great views over the valley and quiet. A great Pluto sit and observe the abundant wildlife.
The hosts were readily available if needed and also very discreet.
It’s a 5 minute drive into Pemberton and right on the Rainbow trail. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. It was perfect.

These really are the perfect chalet for a couple. Comfortable and spacious, a decent-sized TV (not like some), very clean and well presented. Pretty good Wi-Fi too. We appreciated the cosy gas-log fire, albeit that there is a split-system air con to warm/cool the place through. Excellent views to the valley, from the private balcony, where the local wildlife ('roos, emus, parrots) love to congregate. Bliss.
Only a couple of suggestions which would enhance the experience: Perhaps an air fryer (as there is no oven) would be nice. Always handy if choosing to stay home and not eat out. Also, the BBQ was a bit tired (only one burner working), so could do with an update.
This was our second visit to RTC and we have loved being here each time. The best place to stay, in Pemberton!

We had the most restful and peaceful stay. Beautiful scenery, kangaroos, emu's and parrots. Lovely Forrest walk. The chalets are lovely. Only four and not on top of each other. Self catering. We took all we needed and hibernated for 4 days! We wish Paul and Kellie, the new owners all the very best!

This was the perfect get away, a lovely private luxury cabin overlooking the bush, with daily visitors of kangaroos, emus and birds. It was fully equipped and in excellent condition.

Clean, private and well equipped accommodation. The location is fantastic with wildlife surrounding the chalet. The bird life was amazing and motorbike frogs at night were as well. An easy stroll into town if you don't want to drive and a couple of Moscow Mules made the walk back a little easier. Would happily recommend as a place to stay if in the area.

Our 3rd stay here, still a great spot. Chalet has everything including a great spa bath with window views, a very comfortable bed, lots of wildlife and now it has good Wi-Fi in the chalet, a definite plus! Convenient to town and to walk trails. Will be back again next year!

The chalet and spa with a fantastic view was perfect. Total privacy, kangaroos and kookaburras the only intruders. Bed big and comfortable, the gas log fire perfect for the cold nights. Very close to Pemberton and a great walk in the Forrest to top it off.

Beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated chalets with a huge bathroom and a spa bath looking out over the grounds. Perfect for couples.
We enjoyed sitting on our deck every night watching the kangaroos play nearby. We had chalet 3 which was in the middle but very private and had lovely views all round.
The owners live on site and are very friendly and helpful.
The chalets are well situated for visiting Pemberton and the Karri Forest Explorer drive.

Blissful, amazing night’s sleep and surrounded by wildlife! Sensational. Rainbow Trails is located just outside of Pemberton (less than 5minute drive). Entrance to the property takes you past lambs, chicken coop and an organic avocado grove. All the chalets are secluded and private — located close to nature near the rainbow trails and easy walking distance into the town centre of Pemberton.
We stayed in Chalet Light and bright and secluded. Our chalet was brilliant – spotlessly clean, jarrah floorboards, a massive bathroom (spa bath, shower) and cozy lounge room (with heating and air conditioning). A great outdoor balcony where we felt a million miles away and the only noise from the native bees or the Parrot 28. The bed was king size and incredibly comfortable — a wonderful nights sleep.
Lots of highlights but here are a few: White fluffy towels. Electric blankets, Blanket, DVD’s, Nespresso machine, iron, hairdryer.
And in terms of fauna – you’ll get to meet up close a Parrot 28 (unique to Pemberton), the red rosella (smallest and again located in Pemberton) plus kangaroos at dusk.
We bought a pie in Bunbury at the Farmers Market (and heated it up on the BBQ). And the second night we went to the Pemberton Pub and had a great meal!

Had visited same time last year and loved it so much we booked it again this year (even the same chalet, 4, as it is the most private). It is still a great place to stay, lovely chalet with enormous spa bath and verandah to enjoy the wildlife (missed having seed supplied to feed birds but I can understand the mess issue). One problem, on entering the chalet we were assailed by a very pungent smell of Indian curry, even my nose-dead husband recoiled. We had to open doors (despite the cold) and put on fans for hours for it even to start to subside. Not sure what went wrong with cleaning but it was definitely off-putting! Would not put me off booking again next year, but thought it ought to be commented on.

My partner and I had a lovely weekend at Rainbow Trail Chalets. Spent the weekend sipping wine in the bath and exploring Pemberton and it’s beautiful bushlands. I couldn’t fault anything and can’t wait to come back soon. Highly highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stunning place beautiful Chalets.

We stayed here 2 years ago and decided to stay again and were not disappointed. Katrina was very welcoming, the chalet is warm and clean and we were very comfortable. The electric blanket was a bonus and we enjoyed getting into a warm bed. We were provided with some feed to give to the birds who call into the patio at the chalet and we enjoyed that. Its always a lovely time to visit the Pemberton area in winter, chilly but beautiful.

Immaculately kept with every detail thought of, down to the bird seed for the parrots. In an amazing location with gorgeous views there was nothing better than coming back to the chalet for a bubble bath and to put the gas heater on! Absolutely loved our R&R and cannot wait to come back.
